Renegade Athletics

I can't say enough good things about Renegade! My husband and I have been members for 3 years now and we have both lost weight and feel strong and healthy! Our coach Steve worked with us and encouraged us to compete in power lifting and individually tailored our workouts. The workout classes that our coach Steve develops each day are fun, challenging, and include whole-body workouts. Steve incorporates weight lifting and cardio. Our gym includes many differing people that represent a variety of fitness levels and Steve does a great job tailoring the workouts to include all. He even individually tailored workouts for me while I was pregnant! If you are looking for a gym that provides small group classes and a supportive workout family, Renegade is for you! So glad I found this gym! The people are awesome, the classes are a blast, and Steve is an incredible coach/trainer. He will work with you individually to set and achieve your goals. After just 3 months of following his programming, I increased my bench press by 30 lbs (125 to 155) and deadlift by 40 lbs (275 to 315). If powerlifting isn’t your thing, there are daily group classes that are ridiculously good/tiring/fun workouts. Come try out a class; you won’t regret it! This gym is my home away from home!

I’ve been going here for years! It’s like my home away from home. The positive atmosphere and comradery among the coaches and athletes are like no other gym I’ve been to. If you have a goal everyone will be your cheerleader. I have seen all fitness levels from beginners to advanced all achieve goals!

Hands down the best gym in town!!! Amazing coach who has triained multiple world/ national champions and everyone in the gym is so helpful and encouraging!!! All ages are at our gym and everyone is welcomed!!!!
