I traveled all the way from Rochester, NY to Virginia in July 2021 to get my teeth looked at by Dr. Alex Simon. His reputation certainly precedes him as he did fantastic work. I did not know how bad my teeth grinding was before I met with the Doc and not only did he enlighten me about teeth grinding but also fitted my jaw with a guard that I've been using ever since. I now wake up every morning with little-to-no pain in my jaw because of the fine quality, and long-lasting guard that he provided. Prior to this, I did not know that it was normal to wake up without jaw tension/pain of some kind- so this made a huge impact on my mental and physical health. He also performed teeth extraction during my visit with great precision and expertise. I would recommend this clinic, especially Dr. Alex Simon to anyone I meet, and hope to make another visit with him this year!! :D

Dr. Simon has been more than helpful with my dental treatment. I came in with a less than favorable mouth and a prominent dental phobia and Dr. Simon not only totally reconstructed my mouth but also eased my fears. I get so many compliments on my pearly whites! Aside from superior dental care, he is also very patient and accommodating. Thank you Dr. Simon ! :)

Love love love this place! I am so thankful to find a Denist whom is not only professional but patient and kind. The staff as well. With 4 kids, it’s no longer a fight to go to their dental appointments! Dr.Simon is a blessing and we plan to cherish his office for years to come!

My family and I had recently moved back to the area after several years of travel due to work. Our experiences across the country have been midiocure and we had several issues with our kids and dentist. Dr. Simon and his entire staff have been perhaps the best experience that my entire family has had ever. Dr. Simon and his entire team from the front office to the behind the scences folks treat you as if you are their only patient. The are patient with our kids, and we have yet to have an issue with a visit and our kids not comming out with a positive feeling. Going to the dentist is not on the top of our all time favorite things to do, but when your child who has been petrified of sitting in the chair because of past experiences tells you that they like going to this dentist, you have truely found a diamond in the rough. Dr. Simon has patience and does not rush you in or overbook his schedule. His staff of professionals discuss every detail with you and include options so you not stuck with only one course of action. And the best part of the process is you are not being sold more than you need so it is helpful when your Insurance is not. I would highly recommend anyone to gain a second opinion and or try VCAD for themselves and see what a truley dedicated team to the profession expereince is.

I’ve been going to Dr. Simon for almost 10 years now and he is amazing. His bedside and knowledgeable is superb. I would highly recommend him and his team.

I have been seeing Dr. Simon since I was a teen. I use to be petrified of dentist I had more then one bad experience with dentist BUT when I started seeing Dr. Simon everything changed! He is just wonderful and he does the best dental work I have ever seen ! I will never go to any other dentist !!!!

Had my teeth cleaned today at Virginia Center for Advanced Dentistry by Clara. Loved her professionalism, her helpful advice and best of all her relaxed attitude and her stories about her fun family!

Don’t make an appointment if you can’t verify insurance or contact the patient to make sure things are right. Why wait until I’m standing there? Complete waste of my time and very unhelpful.

I’ve been a long standing patient of Dr. Simon for years as he is a great dentist. However, today was the last straw for me. Over the years we’ve dealt with numerous cancelled and rescheduled appointments all due to no fault of our own. Any appointment we would make would get cancelled and could not get another for at least 1-3 months out. Today as I pulled into the parking lot for my appointment the receptionist called and rudely explained that I would not be seen today because the hygienist was overbooked and there was nothing that could be done to accommodate me even though I was in the parking lot and on time for my appointment. This is completely unacceptable and a total waste of time especially after waiting months for the appointment. Dr Simon is a great dentist but triple books his schedule, constantly cancels and reschedules over and over, appointment times are always behind, and he’s on month long trips more than twice a year and us long time patients are not getting the care we deserve. Get back to how it was in the beginning when your patients mattered and were not just a number. We will be looking for a new practice.

My 2 boys had appointment today at 3,
They gave us estimate on how much my boys suppose to pay today, my eldest didn't even get called in after 40 minutes, this lady charged my eldest debit card over a $100, she was saying, it didn't went through, buy the money was taken out. She turned around and charged my other son's debit card twice, really? I called at 4:39pm after checking my boys account, a lady answered, I was asking to transfer me to the one who charged my boys debit, they just let us wait on the phone till after 5. We tried calling again, no one picked up...What type of customer service is this? Plus when I was making my appointment, the front lady was taking everyone else, before me, I was there 1st, it is supposed to be first come, first serve, but I don't think they have manners, I will never gonna go back on that clinic anymore. I need my refund people asap...
I would give 0 star if there's an option huh
