Was caught out in the valley with a dead car, called the shop and someone came out and jumped me free of charge. Super helpful and Professional.

Old school

I called this number and they transferred me to chad, we were talking prices for dyno run, he said 3 runs for 110, the call was dropped or they hung up, I do not know. I was going to talk about scheduling a dyno session when I called again. I tried to call again, they said hello, I said "Is this a company?", I said this because they didn't say their name or what company they were. The person on the phone said you called me, you should know if we are a company. Then they said, why are interrupting my world. I didn't know if I dialed the wrong phone number when they only said hello, because that isn't a way you answer the phone when people are trying to call someone for a service. I indeed called this number not someone's cellphone. Performance & Dyno needs to answer the phone saying who they are.
