Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

Recently I had Peaden come to my home for a complete removal of all aluminum wiring. Peaden Pros, Chris Creamer and his partner Chris arrived early ready and eager to start the job.

They installed all new outlets, switches, interior and exterior electrical panels. The exterior panel has a lockout/tagout so i can safely run my generator without risk of injury to exterior electricians.

WOW, what an outstanding team they were! All the work was completed with minimal intrusion to my walls and at the end of each day they cleaned their work areas.

Zachary Leonard was my sales man and was very informative was comforting in making my decision. Jacob Hilberts and Tyler Whitaker where my installers they were amazing. Peaden service tech Donald was great to deal with. He listen to what our plans were for the installation and offered advise as to what to put where. Donald was informative, had great working knowledge of the task desired. He was punctual and did a great job with the installation. He explained what he did and made sure to advise about warranty and any questions that may arise. This company is reputable and we will use them again.

John Wright was very professional. Recommended me for the membership. He advised me on the problem and explained to me what was needed to fix it. He was very curtious. I would highly recommend Peadean to anyone for there service needs. Also I was updated when he left the office and was on his way. I think the part of the service is great. Thanks Mr. Wright.

Joshua Hoffman is the tech who came to my house. He was very professional and kind and got my old water spigots replaced quickly in some crazy heat in my even hotter garage! I called Peaden on a Thursday afternoon and this was fixed on a Friday evening. I cannot speak highly enough of the speed and quality! Joshua even helped me move my washing machine back into the spot and hook it up even though it wasn’t hooked up when he got there. Thanks guys!

Peaden technician Danny was great! He performed an electrical inspection on our home. During this time, he provided detail information each step of the way. He displayed professionalism/patience as he explained issues and laid out a plan for correcting them. His customer service was great as it’s rare to find great customer service in the area. Based on Danny’s customer service, I’d recommend Peaden to anyone looking for competent Electrical Technicians.

Maxwell and Peaden are GREAT! They were very responsive and available on short notice for what turned out to be an insignificant issue. Maxwell’s quick and professional attention found and resolved our electrical issue with confident experience and friendly service. His explanations and recommendations considered our safety and needs first. A true pleasure!

We were fortunate to get a senior tech Jon Wright to help us. Super knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He had the tools and know how to find and clear a clog halfway across our yard. Then made sure all drain points were flowing clear and freely before leaving. Great work.

John was very skilled at finding the electrical problem and was properly equipped to do so and make the necessary repairs. The first Peaden repairman that was sent failed to find the problem or correct it. John is a credit to your company and should be recognized and rewarded for performing admirably. He is a keeper.

Professional from start to finish . Terry and I believe Caleb or Colby (sorry) got the job done. Did a beautiful installation, was thorough in explaining and answering all of my questions. Great experience! John was very professional and took the time to fully explain everything! Would recommend whole heartedly! Update - ended up having a loose connection in the condenser unit and John and Marty came out and figured it out immediately.Would highly recommend Peaden!

Professional service and polite. Sawyer, our servicer, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our unit is old and Matthew, sales, was also professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The charge for our service was more than fair considering the age of our unit and we were never pushed into doing anything. Sawyer and Matthew on a scale of 1-10 deserve higher than 10. When I called for help yesterday, I spoke with Jessica who is also professional and friendly. Kudos to Peaden for hiring the best team. I highly recommend them if you need service or a new unit.

Stephanie just completed service on our heating and cooling unit I cannot say enough about her professional service!!!! Great service friendly person. She will be coming back to my house and will tell my neighbors her name for their homes.

Peaden is fantastic! We engaged them for a large project at our business location - there were a few hiccups, however all of the technicians we professional and courteous. Customer Service was very responsive and resolved our issues in a timely manner. We will continue to turn to them for all of our electrical and AC needs.

The representative was very nice and knowledgeable. Friendly and answered all questions. The techs that came to install the tankless water heater exhibited so much southern charm. We had a question during the process, which was answered. Nonetheless, we received a call from corporate letting us know that if we have any more issues to call them directly. It's been a long time since I received that sort of 5 star treatment. Will definitely recommend!

Fantastic service! Issues were explained and discussed. Quotw was accepted and worked was done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Technician (Max) was very personable! Another great experience!

Nate and his co- worker did a great installing the electric line for my freezer. Also then they talked with me about a surge protector for the house. I am so glad they did. They installed it while they were there. Derek from the visit before suggested the electric line for the freezer. So glad he did. They have been very respectful and fun to talk with while they are working. Thank you all for the great service.

Danny was INCREDIBLE! He was so sweet, pleasant, and great with my son, animals, and most importantly my dishwasher! 😂 he came in with a smile and with wonderful manners and was able to get my dishwasher up and running no problem! I will definitely be requesting to have Danny come back to my residence for all my electrical needs!
