I have had a comfortable and positive experience during all of my appointments. The staff are so friendly and kind. Jennifer has helped me both times I was there, it is very evident that she is knowledgeable and very efficient at her job. She was training a new girl today and incredibly patient and gave the new trainee such positive feedback, which was so nice to see. The dentist was great too, I had a really difficult root canal but I remained pain free during the entire process. Will definitely continue to take my family and myself there for our dental care.

Ashley is seriously a great hygienist! She is very patience, and answers all my questions with a positive attitude. I always enjoy my appointments with her. Look no further for your dental needs! They have done my crown implant and took me step by step on the process. All the staff are extremely nice. Always a pleasant experience :)

Had the same dentist for almost 30 years until I moved to Panama City. I am very much a creature of habit and I understand the challenge and struggles of finding a new dentist that gives you the same care and treatment that you’re used to. The gals up front are very welcoming, the gals in the back are very comforting, and the docs are very skilled at what they do. Jennifer fixed me up today, she’s amazing. Cici worked on me a few weeks ago, amazing. Becca and the girls up front make the trips to the dentist a little less stressful. I’m sure there is cheaper and I’m sure there is more expensive but after shopping around, the cost of work seems very fair and reasonable. 10/10 recommend for dental work in the Panama City area.

Since I moved I’ve been looking for a good dental office and I’m glad a friend referred me here! Everyone is super nice and Ashley did a wonderful job at explaining things when it came to my cleaning. Would highly recommend!

The staff are really nice and helpful. I am a new patient and glad I chose Baldwin Family Dental. My cleaning was nothing short of amazing with hygienist Ashley Brown. She is very knowledgeable of dental hygiene and provided great tips for dental health and prevention. I definitely recommend BFD for anyone looking for a good dentist.

I have had the best experience since being with Baldwin Dental. I just moved my younger Daughters from their pediatric dentist to here. They were very patient, and so sweet to them. Not being a pediatric dentist I was a little nervous, but my Girls loved them. The front staff is amazing to work with too, always so quick and very friendly!

AMAZING staff and bedside manner. They are very quick and honest with you. I didn't have to wait for an appointment for months. Even my 12 year old daughter loved them. Highly recommended them for anything from cleaning ro a root canal. They will NOT disappoint you!! Jennifer is the best they all make you feel at home. They treat you as a person.

New to the area and looking for a dentist. I was able to get an appointment quickly for the new patient intake. While at the initial appointment, they were able to work me in for a dental cleaning same day. Ashley was my hygienist. She is very knowledgeable and thorough with cleaning my teeth. Dr. Panousis was very friendly and took time to answer my questions and establish a plan of care.

Our daughter had a tooth extraction with Dr. Panousis. She is truly wonderful with kids, very calming and professional. She walked our daughter through every step of the process and explained everything before she did it. The whole process was positive despite being a very anxiety provoking procedure. Her assistant Cici was also amazing and extremely kind and caring.

Had a wonderful experience here. Had to have a crown done and the whole thing went very well no pain no discomfort they made sure I was good and they did an excellent job on it. Definitely recommend they are all so friendly and make sure job is done right thank you all so much

I recently had five extractions done last week by Dr. Diep and his assistant Tabitha . The two were friendly , fast and very respectful of my needs. I called as a new patient with a dental emergency right when the office opened and was taken in immediately. The staff was extremely nice and even showed me what they were doing as they worked. Dr Waheed and Tabitha were very kind and worked diligently with my issue. I will be moving my records here and will make this my dental office for the future. HIGHLY recommend.
