0 stars if I could. The therapist was terrible, and rude. Kept writing in her notes that our daughter wasn’t warming up to her. Then one day (8 months later) was so happy when she finally did. If my daughter takes months to warm up to you then She doesn’t like you. Still wasn’t talking after more than a year. Finally my ex listened to me and fired them; went with a different company. She’s now talking to people and guess what; warmed up to her current therapist on day 2!!!
The therapist kept telling my ex that she didn’t think our daughter had autism. Not sure why she was putting her 2 cents in when it wasn’t her job or knowledge base to diagnose. When she would answer questions it would be opposite of what she wrote in her notes. Then would fight me on it. “You literally wrote it in your notes,” I’m not making this up.
She went to court to testify against me when she didn’t go to my house. One note she wrote said our daughter was getting mad so she thought too many people were in the room. She left the room instead of asking other family members to step out. I asked why. She refused to give an answer. As a medical profession there for therapy, she should’ve asked extended family to step out so she could work with child and parent yet she steps out. Then I kid you not; she testified that Dad finally started doing therapy with just child and therapist and they started getting better results!!! She thought it was a positive for dad. My attorney had a great time with that.
I finally complained about the bad therapy provided at dads house (I was taking daughter to a different center while with me). They decided to set up meeting with all of us. All they wanted to talk about was what we did over the weekend rather about therapy then became upset when I asked for the meeting to focus on therapy and education. They refused. What a waste of time and govt recourses.

We contacted them for help with my son and we didn’t get anything in return! Horrible services, don’t work with your schedule. We had one therapist mistreat us and makes us feel like we didn’t want to help my son and she was “doing” everything she could when she didn’t even spend 30 mins with us. We were then switched to another therapist we were told could work evening and even Saturdays which worked with our schedules but that turned out to be a lie and she quit working with us because we couldn’t get our schedules to work. The coordinator did not check up on us or see how we were feeling about the services. They also only came once a month when we requested for them to come more than once a month.
