Lively, tiny but packed with furious games of dominoes, and loud. Some of the most animated action I've seen, especially considering priority of game time at the tables is given to the social club members who have to be 55 or older. A great spot for energetic relaxation

I there found a Colombian festival here and had some arepas and enjoyed some good music. What a cool place!

For those 55 and older, you can spot them waiting for the park to open in the morning. There are domino competitions that they prepare for, so it gets busy with the locals. It was an interesting stop along Calle Ocho because it provided a glimpse into the daily lives and cultural functions of residents in the area.

Masters of Dominos. Watch the players carefully. If you are a student of Dominos , you could learn a thing or two. Lovely setting with covered playing areas. Rich in history and tradition. Must see iconic location in the middle of Little Havana. Enjoy the sights and sounds and the ever present aroma of distant food and cigars.

Very historic place in Little Havana. Just to say you have seen it and learned a little of the history is an honor.

Friday is "friendship day" and anyone can play as long as they have a valid identification. Any other day, only FL residents may borrow a set of dominoes to play. You may not bring your own dominoes.

Went on a Sunday morning and the older gentlemen were already playing Domino. It's an are with deep roots in Cuban Culture since the 1970's. The entire area was bustling and restaurants already open. Seen a few tourists enjoying the scenery and evidence on the ground that an actual horse was there right before I arrived. I highly recommend visiting the park if you want to experience Little Havana!

Really cool place. All the golden oldies are smoking and playing dominos. I think the tourists must be such a disturbance and chess. They didn’t seem concerned through but just continued to play their chess and dominoes. Reminds me a bit of places in Greece and Turkey that has the same culture.

This park is a tourist desrination in Little Havana in Miami. Its a safe area that shows the hispanic culture of the area. This location can be used as a drop of point for ride share drivers of Uber and Lyft

Great Community Gathering Place! More local chess players interested in playingthan those who actually bring their sets with them. Domino's dominates the space.

A must see in your visit to Little Havana. Iconic park where the locals come to play dominoes, chess, and chatting in all types of accents. Lively and lovely place to appreciate the culture of this area.

Cool place to visit. You can be a member for free if you have a Miami local address and are over 55 years old. As a member, you can check out backgammon and chess sets from the office to play with. While the park is predominantly dominoes players, there are usually 3-4 tables of chess players as well. It is also a great place to practice your Spanish with the "speed talking" locals.

Quintessential to a visit to Little Havana. This chilly morning had two tables in full play. We watched for a bit in silence. It was peaceful. Good timing, as upon leaving, a double decker tour bus was unloading with a ton of people right in front of the park!
