Days Inn by Wyndham Wall

Wonderful check in with much help for eating suggestions etc. Very quiet clean room. Absolutely the quietest heating/cooling unit we've ever experienced in a Motel. Greatly appreciated.

Big shoutout to Laura who was working this weekend. We didn’t plan on staying in Wall but car problems left us with no choice. Laura was so kind and stayed late to help us get into a room for the night.

We have nothing but good to say about this Days Inn. They allowed us to check in an hour early to accommodate our schedule, the room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The continental breakfast was a little sparse. Instead, they gave a coupon for a complimentary breakfast at a local restaurant in Wall.
Overall, it's a good place to spend a night in Wall, SD.

I stayed here for 2 nights in July 2023. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located. The breakfast was simple and great, it had some food that you could take with you if you were heading to the parks (uncrustable, cereal bar). The outside of the building is dated, but the room was updated and wonderful.

All newly updated, very nice, clean rooms, amazing value. Rooms have fridges, microwave, coffee, sink outside bathroom. No workout room or pool, breakfast is grab and go in lobby or complimentary a block away at the restaurant. Staff was kind and accommodating. We'll be back

The front desk attendant guy was awesome! He was friendly helpful & socialable. We wish he would have been there when we check out! The hotel entrance was inviting. Area looked clean, smelled clean. Room was very nice. Clean, updated, had everything we needed and wanted. Bed was amazing..so comfortable it felt like home. Had 6 plush comfy pillows. Bathroom basic needs met. Water pressure great! Hallways were clean. Highly recommend!!

Very nice place, nice people. I had a dead battery and the owner came from his place to give me a jump it was raining the guy at the front desk went to get him and he came and helped us out thank you very much 😊 🙏

Very nice facility. Clean, nice deep comfortable mattresses, pillows and comforters, good quality towels. Continental breakfast included oatmeal, yogurt, peanut butter cream cheese bagels and more. And so many outlets for charging electronic devices. Surprisingly nice updated facility

Very nice place to stay. On a quick business trip and they were perfect. Rooms are not big, but they were clean. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows.

Great location within stones throw of the badlands scenic drive.very clean new rooms. Well kept.Friendly staff. Showers had plenty of hot water for a tired traveller!

I was skeptical about staying at a Days Inn (previous bad experience) but this place was great! So very CLEAN which means so much to me. I would rank this above many of the better names we usually stay in. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed during the pre-Christmas Arctic blast. It was -18 outside but cozy warm inside. Room was clean and comfortable, people nice and friendly.

The receptionist was SO kind and patient with me after I had had a long day traveling, and had an issue with my Expedia reservation. She helped me sort it quickly and efficiently! The rooms are clean and orderly, no complaints!

I really enjoyed the quality of the room, service from all workers, especially Jayson from New York, he really is the most customer service oriented person you could know, he made all guests and staff comfortable and showed he cared about us enough to make sure not one person could have any problems from start to finish of my stay. Will be back for a family vacation and stay at the Days Inn in Wall, South Dakota.

Jason (I hope I'm remembering his name right. I know he was from Yonkers, New York), was awesome. So friendly and helpful. If you need a place to stay near the Badlands I would recommend trying this motel.

Oh my gosh, you have an amazing employee in Melanie. My sister-in-law booked a room on Expedia in Hill City SD and got the confirmation email. Drove 14 hours with my daughter to find out the hotel never received their reservation and every hotel in the area was sold out. She drove to Rapid City, same thing sold out. At this point they were both exhausted, it was almost midnight, and were panicking that they wouldn’t find anywhere to stay. I actually called another hotel in Wall and got Melanie on the phone who said her hotel was also sold out, I don’t know why but I told her their story and she said I work at another hotel, the DAYS INN, and she offered to call there to see if they had rooms and she called me back to say yes! I’m really grateful that she went over and above especially in today’s world where customer service is non-existent. To top it off with a cherry, when my daughter and sister-in-law pulled up, Melanie CAME OUTSIDE to greet them. Who does that!?!? She is truly a gem and you are lucky to have her. As a mom I am so thankful to know my daughter is safe and has somewhere to sleep. Thank you Melanie!

The Wall, SD, Days Inn owner, Joe, is a kind, generous man! We were cold and hungry from taking photos in the Badlands in December, looking for a hot meal at a restaurant. We accidentally walked in on his employees' Christmas party . No other restaurants in town were open, and he graciously invited us to join them in their meal and drinks. It's so refreshing to know there are still generous people like that in this world. Thank you, Joe!

Arrived at 1130pm, the hotel was right next to freeway and easy to find. The associate behind the desk was very friendly and even called us in our room a few minutes after we settled to to make sure everything lived up to our expectations and then thanked us for the business. Entire hotel was clean. Breakfast we ran out of orange juice and the person in charge immediately replaced the empty container. The staff was great. My only drawback was the Continental breakfast wasn't very high quality. I should've gone to the Wall Drug store for one of their brekfasts instead.
