I really loved my experience here! Jessica Guillen is so awesome, helpful, and funny! I appreciate her so much!! Dr.Deborah Soto is so lovely!!! She has such a positive vibe and kind attitude! She makes you so comfortable and addresses every concern you may have. Such a wonderful person!! I do not think 5 stars will do her justice since she deserves at least a million of them! Today was a great day with my new apot at cano health I finally was heard and helped I was assigned to plantation one with ms.natalie,she lead me and made me feel happy again about getting heard,I can't wait to see my new Dr. In Tamarac she helped me to see to get all the care I can recieve.tch

I would just like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the nurse Jessica who was very friendly and amazingly helpful throughout my visit. The whole staff was great but she definitely stood out with her attentiveness and care. Thank you again Jessica can't want for my next visit.

The Plantation Cano Health Office is very professional. Karina Lopez and Laura Garcia made my visit there very pleasant. They were not only patient with me but went over and above to assist me. Dr. Shams was wonderful as well. I recommend this location if you looking for quality healthcare with a staff that cares.

My experience at Cano Health was PHENOMENAL!! From the front desk, to the managers, and the providers, I felt so welcomed. They truly care about the patients that come into the office and really pay attention to your needs. 10/10 will always recommend this place! The best doctor's office ever!

My first visit was with Nurse Practitioner Marites Montes on October 2021. I really appreciated the warm welcome of the front desk. Additionally, I loved the attention I was given by the medical assistant April. The interaction with Ms. Montes was very professional and I was impressed with how she listened and asked questions to provide feedback and suggestions to my concerns. I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end.

I recently visited again but with Dr. Sheeta Ghosh. Although the wait time was a little lengthy, the appointment itself was worth it. She really takes her time to analyze and offer productive feedback. I felt well taken care of. Her medical assistant Joelle is really great and made me feel relaxed.

I would also like to mention that I have such difficulty having my blood drawn. Ms.D in the laboratory has the most magical hands. I didn't even get a bruise. Amazing.

I recommend this office. It truly stands out for its warmth, professionalism, and the extent the staff goes to even when they are asked to do tasks beyond their role. Not many offices offer this type of experience and it's quite disheartening to see such inconsistent reviews.

I do not believe people are well-versed in bigger medical establishments that have departments for different things. It is very different from a private practice which is much smaller. I believe that if people kept this in mind, they would see the above-and-beyond effort the staff puts into pleasing their patients.

This is a great office. Dr. Herzog has been my primary care physician for several years. She was at a couple of other offices before this one, and this one--Cano Health in Plantation--is the best of all. I'm impressed with the staff and the efficiency of the office. All my visits have been timely, orderly, and pleasant. Checkups, blood tests, COVID vaccine, and referrals to specialists were quick and easy. I have seen the negative reviews and I'd ignore them if I were you. I think they are mostly complaints about poor customer service received when calling the central Cano Health phone number, which I think are being addressed, and not the quality of health care services. In short--I'm really happy to have a good doctor's office just around the corner from me.

Veronica Calderon the manager at Cano West in Plantation has been helping me for years now. She’s amazing to work with and gets me answers quickly and always willing to help when I need something. She’s so professional and always a pleasure!

I want to first off start by saying this is one of the BEST offices that i have attended, the front desk is very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable. The providers and staff took care of all my problems and concerns. My experience was pleasant and i cant wait to come back!

Fantastic staff…..I was seen by Dr Deborah Soto, she is great, very thorough and knowledgeable, she discusses your issues in depth and comes up with a plan for treatment. I scheduled my follow up consultations with her.

I have enjoyed the best of primary care at their Plantation Office located next to Westside Regional. At times I feel guilty over how hard the very professional and concerned physicians there work to try to keep me healthy in spite of myself. Considering how I have at times failed to follow thru on their advice as to diet and exercise, they kept on questioning and communicating to me the importance of listening to what they said and reversing my heart disease that had already resulted in a stroke and other problems. Because of their very personal approach and consistent efforts, along with regular testing, I have seen the light and my health is now much approved.

Their staff consists of a good TEAM of doctors and assistants. There has been an occasional longer wait time, but overall very prompt service. Yes, their phone lines are often jammed, due to the unending requirements of insurance companies that ALL doctor offices get bogged down in. Were we to have a single payer system, health care would be more efficient and affordable. Unfortunately insurance companies will not give up their taking a cut of every medical procedure or visit.

Just knowing they are there for me with genuine concern for my health makes both my wife and I feel better.

So far this office is the best office from Cano Health. Friendly and professional staff. My doctor, S Ghosh, is the best. Office looks so clean and organized.

At this location we offer primary care,xray,ultrasound,dental and laboratory services, benefit coordinator that can help you choose a medical insurance that best suits your needs.
We open at 7:30am and also have saturdays.

I want every one to know that if you are looking for all in one stop at your doctor office this is it. The front desk greet you from the moment you walk in. Moments later for my office visit service I came in for I am taken in right away. Everyone is really nice and know what they are doing.
