Dunkin'

First! Great crew. Manager greeted me with a smile and her crew was smiling while they worked. The store has a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The flow of the store from the place to order to pickup is laid out well. It isn't cramped like other locations.

So I came to this location a few months ago, an I was not satisfied. I was in the area so I decided to give it another chance. Come to find out they have been taken Over by new management. The team that they have now are amazing. Great customer service, fast an speedy. And my drink was amazing. I will be coming back to see Mr. J and Ms. TT.

I gave this 5 Stars because of a Staff worker she was very nice and Fast with my order .. And She smiled which is important .. Thank you for the warm Service

I freaking love this dunkin Ryan is the best he makes my caramel iced coffee the best I won't go anywhere else everybody at this location is nice an about there customers Thankyou fr the best ice coffee ever

I went during lunch inside because the drive through was a little long and the manager was holding down the store on his own with no staff. He was very nice and wanted to write a review to show my appreciation. I know it's hard to find good help with being in HR myself.

I think the cashier was training.....at least I hope he was in training (bless his heart). I went inside to avoid the extra long drive-through line. By the time I left the drive-through was empty. All I ordered was coffee and a donut.........nobody helped him make my 1 cup of coffee (coffee, cream, and caramel swirl)......

The best Dunkins we’ve had since moving to Richmond! Nice staff, impeccably clean, and our mobile order was ready and waiting for us. Closest thing to a New England Dunkins ❤

They are good doughnuts but I now prefer the ones at COUNTRY STYLE DONUTS on Williamsburg Road in Henrico.

The girl/woman with the dyed hair (I believe it was pink or purple) was very nice. I tend to have good service here in general :-) iced peppermint mocha latte was delicious

I used to use the drive through every morning, and their customer service is amazing and patient with me always. I love their coffee a lot. Everything is reasonable price. I stopped inside for the first time last week, environment is so clean and good atmosphere.

This place is my go to Dunks. The manager does the best she can given the ridiculous expectations of the franchise owner. His poorly performing locations would be much improved with a livable wage to employees which would reduce the ridiculous turnover in his company. Pretty bad when a customer can so obviously see it.

After the horrible customer service I experienced at another DD, I came here and it was a completely different experience! Friendly staff, great customer service and long lines are consistently moving which results in shorter wait times!! I live closer to the other “BAD” DD but this will be my preferred location from now on!

Dunkin is my goto donut shop always has been always will be. I've never had a bad experience at one.

I just took over a smoke shop near hear I stopped they were very helpful with great service and fooood food

This is the best Dunkin’ in Richmond. Brand new building and the staff is always quick and nice in the morning. Never busy because no one knows it’s there yet so you can get in and out with your coffee and donut through the drivethru.

Hands down best Dunkin in the area, consistently excellent service and attitudes from the staff- drinks are perfect every time- and I go a LOT, so I've gone through countless machiatos and latés. They even helped correct another store's mess up when they told me 'thats how its spose to be'. Never had an issue at this store

I always use the drive through, and most of the time is fast and good service.
I love their coffee and croissants sandwiches, the donuts are okay but the sandwiches are way better. Keep up the good work!

One of the best location in the area

I'm giving this location 5 stars because it's that much better than the location on Busy street. I've gone here frequently and get decent service, the right order and the wait time is adequate
