David is very professional yet also very easy to talk to. I lost my case with my children due to circumstances outside our control but he tried his damnedest to help me get them back. Very intelligent and argued till he was red in the face in court. Can't imagine a better attorney to have had. Should I ever need an attorney again, he'll be my go-to. He's very busy so contact will be spotty but he cares and he'll fight for you!

Can't get ahold of Mr Childers and he does not keep you up to date on your case! I've called the office numerous times and on hold for 30 minutes or longer when Jennifer finally answers its always he is in court or out of office! I leave a message to speak to him and he never returns my calls! I'm speaking on behalf of a close friend!

Extremely hard to get in contact with. You can't leave voice mails & because a case wasn't continued properly, it caused more monetary damage than the initial charge was to start with.

Almost zero effort.Made false statements in court went to get a transcript of hearing for proof.Only to find out they don’t make transcripts.

Extremely hard to contact, doesn't keep clients updated on case info or court dates.
