Overall experience is: the staff is great, kind, friendly, helpful. Medical staff are polite, caring and work to make you comfortable. They are helpful with questions and very considerate of your condition. I have not waited more than 15-20 minutes past appointment time. I have received nothing but excellent care here and highly recommend this office for your rheumatology needs!

There is no comparison for Dr Kenoway! He cares deeply about relieving the pain his patients suffer with 24 hours a day. He stays up to date on the latest meds and treatments, striving to find the best med for a patient.
He listens! If a med isn't working, he will try the next best for the best results!
I miss him greatly!

I just wanted to take the time and elaborate how great of a Doctor that Dr. Kenawy and Dr. Islam both are. I've worked beside them personally for a few years. Even behind closed doors they are amazing providers as well as the nurse practioners. Very thoughtful, caring, efficient, and will go above and beyond for their patients. These two specific Doctors are the BEST that I've worked for in my 12 years in the field.

I’ve only had positive experiences with this practice. It does take time to get an appointment but I do believe they truly care about you and wanting to help you.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kenawy. He is the kindest, most attentive doctor I’ve ever been to. I couldn’t believe the amount of time he took with me to make sure I received the right care. Highly recommend.

I came in to see Dr. Kenawy. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I am thankful that he is able to find the issue and help treat it. The staff was friendly and helpful as well, I got blood drawn the same day and an X-ray the same day. I highly recommend ECR.

Been with Dr Kenawy for almost two years. He is patient, concerned, knowledgeable & informative. His staff are competent, professional & very pleasant. My RA has greatly improved since beginning treatment with Emerald Coast Rheumatology.

Dr kenawy was able to help my mother with her arthritis and finally get her some relief for months from her discomfort with shots in her knee and wrists. All the other doctors she saw were doing nothing for her issues.

She also loves his warm bedside manner.

First visit: Entire practice put me at complete ease. I was understandably nervous, but all that went out the window from the time I walked into the building to the time I left. Every person was courteous, and I felt well taken care of. The staff was not busy when I first went in, but upon leaving they were quite busy but everything was still well managed. Even getting there early to fill out paperwork, they had me in a room before I even finished. The nurse (Michelle, I believe her name was) was extremely kind and understanding, great at putting me at ease. The Doctor took his time in asking questions, understanding fully about previous medical issues, educating me on how he came to his diagnosis, making sure I understood everything. And he even laughed at my poor joke! (I joke when I am nervous.) Then the following staff, the ones who have the oh fun job of sticking you with needles, were so kind and patient. Overall, one of the best clinics I have been in, and unfortunately, that has been a lot.
On another note, I felt safer there (regarding Covid or any other viruses) than many other places I have been. Social distance, cleanliness, temp checks, lots of sanitizer!

I’ve been seeing Dr Kenawy and his nurse practitioner for a few years now. While he is very efficient and does seem in a hurry he really does care. The nurse practitioners especially Amanda! His nurses and other staff are just as good!! I highly recommend them!! Last name should say Haggard.😊

Hands down, the best rheumatologist I have seen in years. Dr. Kenawy is the BEST physician I have seen since moving here. I have had confirmed RA since 2003. Upon my initial visit, Dr. Kenawy CARED, LISTENED and ordered a VERY detailed work up to ensure nothing was missed. His nurses are kind and he has a wonderful bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Kenawy!

Communication with the infusion center is almost non-existant. I've called on several occasions and had to leave a message and have never received a call back. The most recent was most exasperating. I recently received a COVID 19 immunization two days before a scheduled infusion. Realizing that there couldbe a possible adverse reaction with the scheduled infusion, I called the infusion center to notify them of the COVID 19 immunization and asked that if there could be an adverse reaction to please call me, otherwise, I would be there for the scheduled infusion. No call, so I show up for the infusion only to be told that there was a possible adverse reaction and that my scheduled infusion would need to be delayed for two weeks after ny COVID19 immunization. Why was there enough time to make that determination when I showed up but not enough time the day before? I expect more attention to my medical care than I received, especially for a procedure that costs in the neighborhood of $10,000.00.

I was referred by a friend. Hands down the best rheumatologist I've seen! Dr. Kenawy is very polite, reviews thoroughly, and replies accordingly. Friendly and helpful staff is an extra plus. 12/10 highly recommend!!
