Publix Pharmacy at Lynn Haven Center

Had a problem getting my medication and Alicia was very helpful to even actually return my call as promised. Who does that today? From the service I was provided today, Alicia definitely deserves a pay raise for making Publix Pharmacy a better place to shop. Great job and thank you!

Great pharmacy and staff! Made the best decision to transfer all my medications here after the storm. The pharmacy is managed way better than other pharmacies in the area. The only compliant I have is that the lines are very long to pick up, but that’s what happen when everyone wants to fill at this pharmacy. The manager, Mr. Patel and the other pharmacist Jessica are very caring and always makes sure my scripts get filled in a timely manner. In addition, the technicians there especially, Barbara always have a smile on their faces! I will definitely keep using this pharmacy!

The staff, by far, is the best I’ve ever come across when dealing with prescriptions. Jessica or Stephanie (I can’t remember her name exactly) was extremely helpful and went out of her way to answer questions and help me with my order. I also didn’t have to wait that long when picking up. I’m glad I chose this pharmacy because Walgreens down the road was HORRIBLE (staff was awful, unclean, royally messed up my prescription and wouldn’t fix their error until I asked for their supervisor, took forever to fill, looong lines, etc). I will always choose Publix over other pharmacies moving forward.

The staff is great. I honestly feel bad for them because I think they are doing their best. But nothing is ever ready on time. They are just really busy.
Biggest pet peeve is that they do not automatically fill prescriptions that get sent in. You have to call and ask for them to be filled. I have never had to do this at another pharmacy. Problem with having to call is that no one ever answers the phone. I start calling 2/3 days before I actually need my prescription filled so I can make sure it’s done on time.
Yesterday our vet called in a script for my dog. I tried to call but no one answered of course, so I put my toddler in the car and drove the 15 minutes to ask them to fill it. Told them it was okay if they needed to fill it in the morning…Was told I would get a text and it would be ready first thing.
It’s now after 3pm and I’ve called three times. Haven’t gotten anyone on the phone and I haven’t gotten a text that it’s ready…
Again, I’m sure they are trying their best. But management needs to consider hiring more people if possible.

I have used them for many years, and had always been satisfied. Today they said they didn't carry the medication I needed and couldn't order. After receiving the same answer at CVS I went to Walgreens, the pharmacist said they have the medication but the prescribed dosage was no longer available. He called my doctor and they changed the size and I got the medication I urgently needed that day. Walgreens will have my business from now on!

Only problem I have is if their is something wrong with the script you probably won't find out till you show up to pick it up. They need to work on that.
