I started my own marketing consulting business about 3 years ago and I had absolutely no clue where to begin! I know very little about accounting and found the entire process very intimidating. We have been using J & M for our bookkeeping and Accounting for the past several years and have been nothing, but happy with their service. They are very cordial and accommodating as well as competent at their jobs. We can get them on the phone when we need to and they are always ready, willing, and able to help with answers. If they do not know an immediate answer, they will find out and get back to us. No quick and wrong answers. They are very experienced so If you are looking for a new accountant that is not new to accounting, give them a call.

I’m not sure what just happened but won’t be using them. Was almost surreal. Just kept pushing standard deduction without offering up any ideas, didn’t seem interested at all in filing an itemized - felt almost afraid of it? Came recommended from a neighbor - I’ll have to let them know turbo tax is way cheaper to file standard. Baffling to me how they are in business.

tried calling them to set up an appointment and they didnt take my call but worse than that they just hung me up!Very uncourteous!
