I did not go in the museum, but they sell REAL native american hand made bead work, porcupine quill work, great blanket native prints, all kinds of nice work from the pine ridge Indian reservation...
you go for MANY MILES, anticipating the walls exit, but once was enough for the downtown area, so now I just fill up the gas tank, get something to eat, and look through authentic native american items at the wounded knee...dont waste too much time downtown looking for these things, because you will not find them there....

THEY ARE CLOSED ALL OF 2023. They will reopen in the Black Hills area in 2024. This according to their phone recording. Website says nothing.

It is a must to see if you are in Wall. We can not believe that our army slaughtered these people like they did. Also if you go to Wounded Knee you will see that the people their are living in poverty. It's a shame.

A must see! Wonderful rangers and a small museum. Our dog Ace was awarded a junior ranger badge! So much history here.

Many Native American artifacts, and poster presentations. This is a complex subject, still in litigation. Sometimes, the government is not right. A discrase.

Museum over het bloedbad van Wounded Knee. Een bloedbad aangericht onder indianen door de Amerikaanse cavalerie op 29 december 1890.

Het is geen groot museum en je rijdt er zo voorbij als je niet oplet. Maar binnen geeft het een heel goed beeld van het toen aangerichte bloedbad. Ongelooflijk zoals de indiaanse stammen werden (of worden?) behandeld.
