I recently purchased a new Ineos Grenadier from Holman. The associate that I worked with, Thomas Coursey was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any of my questions and concerns prior to taking delivery of my new truck. On the day of the vehicle collection he was there to provide me with his undivided attention to make sure that I was comfortable with my new purchase and he explained some of the finer details and quirks with my new Grenny. Since buying the truck a couple weeks ago he has followed up on more than one occasion to make sure I’m happy and offered additional support to help me better understand some of the aforementioned quirks. I haven’t been happier with an automotive purchase - and I’ve purchased nearly 50 vehicles. Holman and Thomas get two thumbs up and five stars. I’d give them three thumbs up if I had an extra hand.

This place is unreal! I’m from Virginia and I rode by when I was in town on Wednesday August 2. The place is beautiful pulling into the steel gates underneath to the parking garage not knowing if they would like this girl in to the look around. When you walk in there is a snack area that’s absolutely gorgeous. I have a picture of this show below, but you can’t help but notice the amazing emblems above each section of cars the one side with the Bentleys than the Rolls-Royce in the middle, and Aston Martin to the right. Also have a picture of that, of course. It was amazing if you’re a car lover. The car is a beautifully displayed, and you can look at all of them except for the Bugatti that’s $3.5 million an absolutely unreal! I don’t really think the sales people liked me being there much but the valet guys were very nice. The sales people just look at me and turn their heads real quick, but that’s OK. I couldn’t buy a car. It would be a waste of their time to mess with me. I was just happy to be there and be able to see those cars. I’m sure I’ll never see anything like it again. So if you have $500,000 just spent on a car. This is absolutely the most amazing car ever. This is the place to go because my God the valet guys made me feel special and I’m sure the sales people do if you’re actually there to buy a car! So thank you to Holman Motorcars from me to come in and dream even if it was for 15 minutes or so, because God knows I’ll never be blessed with something like that! It definitely was one of the highlights of my trip!

I absolutely appreciate the customer service that I receive here. I’ve been many places and actually by far this is one of the most extraordinary customer service that I received from not only the sales but service department as well.

JONATHAN BIRK was my initial point of contact, and he kept in touch with me [and informed of status] throughout the repairs requested. He provided detailed estimate and discussed necessity/priority of the repairs. The car was ready when he informed and made sure to review repairs when I retrieved the auto.

Reza truly is the man he took my buying experience to another level. The dealership is beautiful. You can go to a lot of places and get nice cars but the respect and way they treat you is on another level.

Everyone was helpful, courteous and friendly. Chris Martinez went completely overboard in helping me get all of my issues resolved. I am extremely happy with my new windshield.

None of your survey responses are strong enough for me to express how I feel about your dealership. "Yes" just seems like a far too ordinary response. I was contacted almost immediately by salesman Patrick after I submitted an RFI online. Your lovely receptionist greeted me with a giant smile and immediately contacted Patrick when I arrived. We made short work reviewing a car I had already perused to great extent via your extremely detailed website listing. Patrick went to work with awesome floor manager Zach to put together a phenomenal deal for me. They bent over backwards to meet the financial expectations I had for this transaction. Once the numbers were agreed to the process was extremely fluid and quick. In fact, almost too quick. I really could have stayed in your gorgeous dealership all day. Looking at the cars and the artwork and just chatting with anyone that was around. That is a lot for me to say as I run a successful contracting business and "time is money"! I normally want to breeze in and out as quick as humanly possible. Your finance guy (I apologize, I do not recall his name) made extremely short work of the signature process. Your presentation from beginning to end is second to none! I drive a massive amount of miles for my business and my races so I trade in and out of a vehicle once or twice a year. I will be on your site checking your inventory before my next trade before I look anywhere else. It would be an absolute privelege to work with Patrick and Zach and your entire staff again. And visiting your dealership again for my next purchase would by my honor. I have already "sung your praises" to several of my clients and contacts and will continue to do so. Thank you for providing an establishement that clearly cares for its customers as well as its inventory. As a complete and total "car freak" I appreciate everything about your organization.

I bought an Ashton Martin in this place and the seller was very attentive.
I also, had a service recently and the representative that took care of me was very kind and receptive to my phone calls and to notify me when the car was ready.
In comparison with other dealerships, this has been the best one, evaluating: good service and variety of luxury cars. The place is big, clean, modern and luxury.
