I recently visited Home Depot with the intention of purchasing a fan, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Having previously ordered one online, only to find it disappointingly small, I decided it was time to see what Home Depot had to offer. From the moment I stepped inside and asked a staff member about the fans, I knew I was in good hands.

The employee promptly directed me to the designated fan section, where I found a diverse range of models to choose from. Considering I needed a fan for my bedroom, I opted for a medium-sized one. To my delight, the price was even more affordable than what I had seen on Amazon, despite the fan being larger.

What impressed me the most was the store's exceptional organization. It was evident that the staff knew exactly where each item was located, making the shopping experience a breeze. It's refreshing to visit a store where you can easily find what you need without any hassle.

This Home Depot Store rocks...customer service is A+ , associates smiling and very courteous and friendly. Store clean and organized...busy but I was able to go in and out in minutes I asked for information about the products of my interest they direct me to it...overall it was a great experience shopping at this location. I'm lucky to live close to a good store because I'm always here after 2 years remodeling my house. I've bought everything here, water heater, appliances, lumber, plumbing etc. I got an amazing deal on my new Samsung kitchen on Labor Day. I shopped around and it could not be beat. I really love that all my online and in-store purchases are automatically put in my account so I can keep the receipts electronically for taxes at a later date. Saves me a lot of time and headache.

Great selection of items and great customer support. Although you might have to wait around for help, these people know their business and store so you can feel safe.

This is literally the place to go! I went to buy plants and had the pleasure to be greeted by someone knowledgeable of the plants and how to take care of them. He gave us the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have gone to multiple homedepot to buy plants and unfortunately I have left because the representatives know nothing or don’t even care you are there. TREVIS at Wilton Manors Home Depot IS GENUINE, CARING AND HAS THE BEST ATTITUDE! Cudos to homedepot for having such a GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!

Easy to park, easy to get around and shop. The store was clean and properly air-conditioned. Service was very good and the customer service girl who helped me was very helpful and got all the answers to my questions. She even was able to verify the product I was looking for was at another store. Very good customer service! 👌

Went in, grabbed my shelves, asked customer service if they could check me out versus going to the regular checkout lines, and they were so friendly and helpful. I usually don’t shop at this Home Depot and when I’m around here, I definitely will in the future.

Ive been to this Home Depot plenty of times for items for work or personal needs. This time I recently went, this sweet older gentleman Gregg assisted me in copying some keys. He was such a delight. I would come back and look for him, he was so so sweet and funny. Keep him forever! :)

Excellent customer service. TRULEE was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. She definitely knows the business well. Stores always nice and clean, friendly customer service always helping and showing around we will continue to use this company.

It had everything on my list! Lighting grate and egg crate for turtle ramp and house, glue for jewelry, bug spray, silver polish, spray lacquer and more!. But it said there were 18 hose barbs and there were only 2. So I bought 6 online to pick up at another store. I go there...one barb. So now I have to go to another store and lost 2 days on the project. But the worst part is the personnell.
Many are completely unconcerned about what you need. A stranger, a customer got on the ladder and located the hose. Then he found all the pvc fittings and the 2 barbs. A homeless guy from Puerto Rico!!! I couldn't have figured it all out without his help. I gave him some $ and hope he applies for a job there in Homeless Depot! But even with those problems, the stores have mostly what you need when there. They just can't keep barbs in stock it seems or have the correct amounts online.

I'd like to share a story about Tom, no not Tom from MySpace. I'm talking about Tom from The Home Depot next to our house. Let's be honest, no one goes to home Depot for customer service, so I was dreading this trip, because I needed someone to cut a product that is sold by the yard. My husband and I made a straight B line towards the Turf and there he was...Tom! This man is a true gem. He was extremely informative, helpful, went out of his way to explain things to us, made sure we had the right cart to carry the product out of the store, and even some suggestions on how to get it home. Tom is the future of Home Depot. Thank you Tom, you made our night.

Although it's always crowded when I go, I still go cuz everything's there! I went to purchase some compost and came home with my latest plant, a Mandvilla i call Susie, isn't she beautiful!

Member of management (Oscar) was sooo helpful! We needed portable fans for the Beyoncé concert and he and another staff located the hands free neck fans for my friend and I. The fans def came in handy! Thank you Oscar 😊

The one on sunrise is a pain to get from the parking lot to the door. I park upstairs now. People have to back their big trucks in for what!? You have to load your trunk with materials?! I don’t get it.
