Can I rate a ZERO! My twins age 8 went into this place over a week ago hoping they could do some easy hemming on a costume and take in the pants a bit for my son's upcoming comic-con. She quoted me $53.50 and cash only! That was high, but we needed this done! She had 8 days to complete this fairly easy job. I don't own a sewing machine. I went in there to pick up at 1:00 as promised and there were 3 people in there. The 2 in the back completely ignored me and the seamstress just kept talking on the phone for over 5 minutes. I was patient because we needed this costume back. Finally when I spoke up she got off the phone and I handed her the ticket and she told me that she didn't do the work yet and she had no idea when it would be done? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Don't go there! I took my costume and I told her I was going to write up this review because of her extremely bad customer service! And why can you only pay in cash?

I am not even sure they cleaned it .all the stains still on the clothes
