My fitness journey began in 2017 with Coach Ray Carr. When I started, I had never stuck with any gym. I thought this was solely because of my lack of self discipline and some of it, absolutely was. However, when I started training under Ray, I realized that I was more motivated than I had ever been. I felt more valued and cared about and never felt like I was simply another dollar to his gym. I finally stuck with a program, lost weight, felt better mentally and physically and genuinely fell in love with fitness. In 2019, I made the decision to start pursuing an entrepreneurial opportunity. I dove into that journey and upon opening my business, we moved to another side of town. Due to the business and distance, we decided to try to find a gym closer to us. For the last 3 years, we have tried multiple gyms, multiple coaches and multiple different styles of work outs. Ultimately, we have decided to re-join Elevate Fitness and drive 20-30 minutes past all of the other “similar “ gyms to train under Coach Ray. We realized that even though these other gyms technically provided what we needed, physically, we were no longer “in love” with working out. We realized that at the end of the day, it boiled down to one thing. The Coach. Just like any organization, people need to feel valued and encouraged and believe in their leader. Ray and his team are amazing! You won’t find another experience like the one at Elevate Fitness!

If you want a work out and coaches that care for the individual persons success and healthy life style this is the gym for you. I Personally drive 25 minutes out of my way to work out at Elevate Fitness. I have met such a wonderful support group and made friends that I can call my family now. Whether you want wait loss, maintain body structure, meal plans, challenges or accountability this is the place to be. Give Elevate Fitness a try and you will be hooked!!!!! There is a reason this locally owned gym has won every award there is to win. The owner Ray and his team of trainers are some of the best that I've ever worked with in the 10 years that I've had personal trainers.

They give you incredible accountability, excellent advice, efficient measuring tools to empower you to grow, and they let you know that you are family.

Whether there is one other person in class with you, or a room full of 30 people, this gym is a stellar experience at every turn.

Elevate Fitness is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is filled with such high energy and encouragement that truly lifts your spirits up. No one works alone, which is so important to me especially when we’re half way through the workout and I’m ready to give up. I’m so very thankful for my gym family and for the opportunity to workout with my mom in 35 min time incriments. Definitely recommend!!

This is the best gym I have ever gone to. I’ve been a member for 6months. It’s so much more than just a gym...it’s a family. The coaches push and encourage you and the atmosphere keeps you motivated. Try it out!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Supportive members and trainers - Everyone is positive and welcoming. Great variety of equipment with new/customized workouts everyday. Educational member events. GREAT Accountability, If you miss more than a few days the coaches will check in with you and help you to stick to your goals!

The lead coach and owner, Ray Carr, has a true passion for teaching healthy and life lasting lifestyles. The classes are fun and challenging. There is nutrition teaching and grocery store tours, one on one education that’s right for YOU! The members become fast friends, it’s a real family atmosphere!

This is a family. A place where anyone is welcome and everyone will make friends fast. The owner/ lead coach is truly passionate about improving the lives of his members, both physically and mentally. This is the only fitness facility I’ve ever felt so accepted in and so encouraged to achieve my goals. Highly recommend!
