I live just down the street from Pinetree so are there frequently, especially at Publix . I need a handicapped cart and soon as I enter someone always comes immediately to park my wheelchair and help me with anything I need. Everyone I there is friendly and helpful from the Managers like Marty to the baggers like Sky. I had a return yesterday but it had been bought on my UHC Healthy Benefits card so Holly at the service desk wasn't sure if I could get a credit for it . It was Sat. evening and tho she tried to find out there was no one on duty who could help. She suggested I keep it and she would let her Manager know so I could call him about it She was very apologetic because she said she wanted me to be happy but I understood and told her not to worry about it. As I was checking out and retrieving my chair Holly came up to me to tell me she had gotten an answer

and could help me! I was amazed she was still trying to solve my issue but she said she couldn't rest till she tried to find out and also so she could learn what to do if someone else asked. The policy is that if u return something bought on the card it can only be exchanged there as was no way to put it back on the card. But the reason I was returning it was because I found I had already bought another one and couldn't use two, so they were gracious enough to give a me a gift card just this time because I didn't know.
I wanted to tell this so you know just how much people like Holly care and anyone else who has this insurance benefits cards would be aware of the policy. Sorry it was so long😔

Parking lot is clean and free of carts. Wonderful Publix employees, not so much at the UPS store.

I love the people that work there they are so nice.

Food and groceries its a cool lil strip mall. Just wish it was a lil easier to access

Someone(whose name I forgot to grab) stopped and asked if I needed help. Actually quite a few employees did. Very warm atmosphere. The employees spoke to all the regulars & helped them shop. They helped me put groceries on the line & offered to take them to my car. Very helpful staff! I may drive past my nearest Publix to go to this one. Lol

Publix is great for shopping the place is clean as a whistle and their buy one get one free sales are a great way to stretch your budget. There is always someone around when you need help and they will even help you with your groceries to your car. They say don't tip but i always try to because i really appreciate this service and hope they always keep it. They have top notch fresh vegetables and fruits and the bakery is the best in any grocery store. They also have a wonderful pharmacy that really helps you to save a lot of money they even have some prescriptions that are free. Don't know how they manage to give such great services but i truly hope they never stop. Great service with wonderful savings on groceries and prescriptions what more could you want. Well they even have a full service Liquor Store for your entertaining needs to. So it's a one stop shopping experience you are sure to enjoy i know i always do every time i go there. Check them out I'm sure you'll be surprised at how much you can save shopping at Publix.

Always love shopping here. My kids love the ladies in the bakery and cashiers. And the ladies love when I bring them. They always make it such an easy process for me during check out. Which can be a little much with 3 kids!

This is my home publix and the service is always as expected by Publix. Smaller store so doesn't have all the items you may be looking for but I can't beat the location. Pharmacy staff is well... not my favorite but will still use them based on convenience.

Publix is always helpful, clean and courteous! Their staff will bend over backwards to please their customers! Cici's pizza is open for service again! 😋 There is a Popeye's chicken in the same parking lot AND a liquor store! Pine Tree plaza is full of establishments!!! 😉 Enjoy! Happy Holidays everyone!

Always a large selection of food,and for the first time,I have seen something called injectable butter. I had to buy it,it's like Botox for chicken,except it's not trying to stay young and latch onto glory days it never had. The nice lady near the self service check out helped me get a pack of pacifiers open,since I broke the tab off accidentally. I'll be back like Terminator.

I've Been going to another Publix for 15 yrs. Very disappointed with the bakery depth. They use to have my husband's favorite rye bread & fruit Danish. NOT much of variety of Danish. They said that most of the products come from the warehouse. At Pine Tree Plaza in Orange Park, I was SO happy to see ALL my favorite breads & Donuts, Danish & Organic cookies. Bill, mgr & his crew does a FABULOUS job. They ALL get an A+, including the Manager " of this store, Jon. Great job ya'll

This Publix is always clean, has plenty of disabled shopping carts plugged in and ready to use. Friendly and smiling staff ready to help you and take you to what yr looking for.

I'm not going to lie I don't know where the pine tree plaza is but I'm assuming it was good service? I honestly don't know where it is I just know I passed it at some point or I went to somewhere that was there I don't know but I do know the Hardee's at Merrill road and the Panera bread in Orange Park and one of the duncans in Orange Park I also do know the Domino's in ponte vedra and the Wendy's on Post Street FYI don't go to the Wendy's on Post Street

All the groceries I need.

Always a pleasure and no confusion. Publix never looks like they need to go to Publix and stock up..unlike WALMART

This Publix store at Blanding and Kinsley in Orange Park is the best and cleanest of all the other Publix stores I have visited
They sanitize their carts and baskets after every use. Their store and employees are exemptions.

Easy access to Publix and everything else on the corner of Blanding and Kingsley. I've been frequenting this plaza for years.

Love Publix, it is the most expensive supermarket, but a very pleasant shopping experience, the team members are polite and helpful, stores are spotless.
Publix sets the standard for other supermarkets.
