Wonderful service.. .

Just did my truck’s music yesterday, man is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people.Sound never went out and he apparently was gonna do a better job and now the sound all of a sudden stops and i told him about it and he is saying he did what he had to do and i said my man, i paid you for this and it’s supposed to be fixed and he is telling me that it will be another job to fix when he messed up on it and not wanting to fix it after getting paid. Find a better place to go please!

Alex has awful customer service. After texting with him earlier this week about my appointment confirming time. I got to my appointment to find a note on the door that his internet just so happened to not be working! lol no text no call all after driving 35 minutes to have service done. Not to mention when i saw another tech off greenland rd (which i reccomend highly!) he found out that alex had left a gigantic hole in my car when doing the wiring which caused outside air to flow to my feet while i was driving!!! dont go here lol
