Can't say enough about working with Ed and Bella for our hurricane damage response.  We have never had to deal with

The damages that we suffered had the potential to seriously impact our financial stability and the insurance company response was horrendously inadequate leading to loss of trust.

Tyler Tobeck was my PA with Five Star. Here I am at 16 months just awaiting final check to be paid out to my roofer. Today, my roofer tried to shake me down for over $11000 in New charges Tyler went thru all the paperwork, and found that the roofer was only due the $4k check that he is holding for me. This place is great. I was scared to do any of this because of all the horror stories I hear about dealing with insurance. A friend referred Luciano from Five Star and I'm glad he did. I had a bunch of water damage from the rain and they were able to trace the damage back to the last named storm which saved me some money. Luciano did all the work and got me more than what I wanted without having to go to court. They do everything and I cannot recommend them enough. Brianne was awesome as well in making sure I got everything delivered to me quickly. It's 100% worth it to use this company if you have potential insurance claims.
