Publix Pharmacy at Shops of San Marco

Literally the best pharmacy in florida nicest people never had a problem... Had my script done today before I was even home won't go anywhere eles... Blows walgreens away... Thank you

This is, by far, the BEST pharmacy I've experienced in South Florida, or anywhere else for that matter Compared with Walgreen's and CVS, they are far greater in both service and overall professionalism. Yes, they have their busy time periods when you have to wait. And, yes, they might not carry a particular medicine. But, overall, the staff and their attention to details are absolutely amazing and first class.

The one thing I cannot comprehend is the various one star and bad ratings that people have voiced within this website. In the 20-plus years that I've utilized this store's services, I experienced ZERO bad situations. I can't speak about the other Publix pharmacies, but I'm referring specifically to the one located in the Shops of San Marco at Lake Ida and Jog.

Staff appears overworked and stressed but they do their job with a smile and a willingness to help you.

I'm disabled & find the pharmacist & staff to always be so courteous, helpful & accommodating. I find everyone at Publix to always offer great customer service!

Extremely slow and erratic

The new Asst RX Mgr stinks. Very dismissive and was not accountable for her or her staff. To boot a patient is not even able to escalate/share their concern at a higher level. Very sad. Will be pulling all scripts. You be the judge with your experiences.

I work in a medical office and calling this pharmacy is a nightmare. They'll pick up the call immediately without answering and place us on hold for over 10 minutes and never pick up the line. If they answer, they'll ask to place us on hold without allowing us to respond. They have no phone etiquette, show no respect to doctor's offices or customers and don't seem to have enough staff to handle the call volume. If you can, use another pharmacy.
