Magic Hands Car Wash & Detailer

I’m just going to let the pictures speak for themselves, I came in with damage to my driver side , with pretty noticeable yellow scratches along the side. I was quoted $1,500 by a local body shop to fix it. I was about to take it this week to get fixed. I decided to get a wash before dropping it off - so grateful I came here. I paid $100 total for a wash and buff and in just 20 min the scratches were COMPLETELY GONE. When I tell yall I was shocked…. Amazing & so grateful. I will forever be driving the 20 min here to give them business. Incredible job.

I don't live in the area, but I come to work nearby a few times a month. My car was a damn disaster, and I didn't want to continue driving it that way, but I knew I was busy working the next week, and there was no possible way to get it detailed with my regular concierge service. I was nervous based on the reviews prior. Indeed, this place is leveled up in service and detail. As I drove in, the gentleman Nick explained with patience in great detail the differences in service and made his suggestions. I picked the hand wash with butter bar wax. The car hasn't looked this good since the day I bought it. I left the car for about 2 hours and ubered my way to my meetings. Upon returning Ernesto, the manager was kind, professional, and considerate, and they did a fantastic job. I even suggested they open a carwash near me in East Boca. The service they provide would be a great addition and success in Boca. I will certainly return when I play or work in Miami and possibly bring my other cars for this service.

This place is awesome, I take all my cars here and they really do a great job. Special thanks to Gustavo who really gives my car a detailed eye to make sure it’s perfect every time before I step back in. I recommend this place.

Beatriz at the coffee shop makes really good cafe lattes. Top notch. The car wash is also.

They were very responsive to my disappointment. I took my car back in and they were very apologetic. I know things happen, may have a bad seed in the staff. But they showed professionalism and took responsibility. Jorge and I forget the other gentleman’s name, we’re both attentive.
They were the way all managers should rectify a customers complaints. I have to say, they re-did the job and it is now immaculate. I will return now. Solely based on the professional nature they handled the situation.

Wow. $300 and I left with a sub par cleaning. It was not detailing at all. Took forever and still had grease stains on rear view mirror, cup holders disgusting, floor mats dirty, center console sticky and smudged. I will not return. Such a rip off.

We arrived and were soon in line to get serviced. They cleaned the car on the outside, and once we got to the detailing, we were asked to step out. The crew did an amazing job cleaning the car. We were very happy with their service.
