It was great. The store employees were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had the perfect amount of helpfulness without the feeling that they were smothering.

I found the brands and selection to be very good. I will definitely be back.

Friendly and helpful stuff. Good choice for clothes and shoes for big man. Only complaint is kind of expensive but the company isn’t very helpful. The coupons and discounts are only for non brand merchandise. Don’t expect great deals for stylish clothes. Great parking space and the employees are ready to help any second.Gary and his colleague had great knowledge and they was very helpful. So thankful for this store. It’s very nice to see and try the stuff you’re looking to buy. Online shopping you can’t try and after is big headache returning.

Love this store and the gentlemen working here always remember us, are helpful but not overbearing. Great selection of items.

Very pleasant experience the attention I received was absolutely great no pressure I was able to take my time when I was ready to try things on everything was made easy by the friendly and easy going assistance I was given. Unfortunately I had to return some items and that was no problem at all the staff took great care of things once again very friendly and professional.

Service is good but very very expensive, more expensive than macys by double the price. If the store were to be 25 percent less they would sell alot more

It was a great experience from beginning to end. If you have trouble finding sizes for those that are tall or big you'll find it here.
Gary the manager was very welcoming right when we came in and extremely helpful. He assisted with sizing and measuring and picking out different items to go together. He set up a room with things to try as well. The only down side is the cost. Don't go here to expect to get out cheap, comfort and availability comes at a price. But we happily paid it today because it's the first time in a long while my husband had a good time shopping for clothes for himself. There's a large variety of clothes to choose from as well, a little something for everybody.

I and my friend went there to get my friend a suit for his mom's funeral. Mike was very knowledgeable and really made a difference in picking up the suit. Within the budget. And I would have gotten a suit there for myself but my sizes are too small for this store

Awesome ,staff was amazing I'm kinda middle of the road. With my size can't shop at normal spot and trouble at the xl places, but I got taken care of with a nice suit needed for my sister's wedding... I recommend highly .... Ill be back to this place.👍

I called in to see if they had a suit in stock. Gary took the call and answered all of my questions. When I went in to get fit Gary really took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me all of the options he had available. At no point did I feel pressured to buy and I left the store extremely happy with my purchase and experience. If you're shopping in the area and you need a guy that is going to make you look and feel good, let Gary take care of you.

The store is great and it has a very extensive variety of clothing to choose from, however, I believe that their greatest asset is their Service, especially at their Miami (US-1 store). Bruce is extremely knowledgeable and he provides a fantastic, and classy, customer service experience. Best customer service in town!. I highly recommend them.

Great shop for tall and/or chubbies like me. I bought a suit in less than an hour, with perfect fit, and a great price. Salesman was knowledgeable and honest. Will continue going to DXL, also will recommend.

Great experience. Great customer service. Thank you Gary for all your help. It's refreshing to shop in a place where the staff knows thre products. Very helpful as far as what would fit and what would not. What was more inclined to shrink so adjust your size accordingly. I highly recommend DXL south Miami. The staff really makes the difference.

Great Selection! Excellent service and attention. You cant go wrong with this location. Very friendly staff as well. Prices are ok but its a lot better than running around all over town, or online, to NOT find anything in your size.
In my opinion, its totally worth paying retail to have everything in one place. The first time I was there it was like OMG they have everything in my size!!!

The customer service is phenomenal here. The remember your name and try to tailor to your style and taste. Also becoming a loyalty member is a must! You can get coupons and you get money back! Also the jean selection for size 46 and up are amazing. Also they have so many XLT options instead of just XL.

Love bring my son here. They have a great selection for any occasion. Gary per usual is the coolest associate there. He is patient, sharp and has great style. I strongly recommen coming here and asking for Gary.

The only place in the area that has a good selection of size 14+ shoes and socks. They have dress clothes and casual clothes. Get loyalty club registered because, they may send you a $20 coupon on your birth month. Staff is pleasant. They moved just down the street from the old store.
