Took my mom to this scooter place today and purchase her scooter. Chris was super nice and explained everything to us on how to operate it and how to fold it he has so much patient if we need anything else we will return. Great customer service thanks for making my mother happy.

We purchased a scooter lift from Chris. He picked up the car and installed it and brought it back to our house to make sure everything was ok. He was great at explaining how to use it. Wish we had discovered him sooner. I highly recommend him for all your medical supply needs.

I live in Atlanta and Steve the owner not only coordinated the sale of the scooter, he personally delivered it to my Mom the next day and spent almost an hour showing her how to use it properly. Steve was AMAZING! He was patient with my disabled aunt and took all the time she needed to be comfortable with the scooter. He even delivered the scooter that afternoon! My aunt wanted a rear basket and Steve had a used one that he gave her. The service is unmatched! My aunt was so pleased, excited and touched by Steve’s sincere customer service. They have been great since first contact. Made sure I got the right mobility scooter for my Mom, for less than I thought I would need to spend. Came to her house promptly whenever she needed service. Took back the scooter when she no longer needed it at a fair price.

My wife has spinal surgery and it was recommended that I get a recliner to help her with recovery. Semobility was highly recommended and close by our home. After going to the store and signing the paperwork the recliner was at my home in a half hour. Very helpful and I am so glad I listened to the person that recommended them. I will not go anywhere else if I need their assistance in the future. Definitely 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was in need of a wheelchair rental so I called Southeast Mobility which is local to me in Boynton Beach. I spoke to Chris who gave me the details of the rental. When we went to pick it up the rental had been paid for and chair was all ready for us. While using the chair, wherever it was seen I got compliments on it and inquiries about it. I found it to be super comfortable, lightweight, durable, super easy to manage. When there became a need to extend the rental Chris gave us the option to buy it. With the price that he gave us, it was a no brainer.
I highly recommend Southeast Mobility. The staff is very kind and efficient. The rentals are in excellent condition. They sell as well as rent.

Have visited twice. Once for a friend and then for myself. Had interactions with both of the owners and found them very helpful. The purchases on both visits were small but we were treated like they were large important purchases. Will definitely go back when I need future mobility supplies.

We needed an in home repair of a mobility scooter. I called the store and spoke to Steve who was most helpful and courteous. We scheduled for the same day. Their prices were very affordable. The scooter is up and running. Thank you.

This a family owned medical equipment store where they work with you to meet all your equipment needs. They are super friendly and helpful. They are not the cheapest in town, but the customer service is top notch. They were very helpful to me during a stressful time. I will recommend anyone to go to Southeast Mobility first.

Called three companies for the rental of a powered wheelchair. Steve provided me with a new chair and delivered it within 5 minutes of the agreed time. But, the icing on the cake, was the fact that the price was the most competitive of the three companies. Thank you Steve.

Service above and beyond. My old lift chair broke suddenly and I stopped by to look at what they had. One of the chairs was perfect for me. I told them I needed it as soon as possible and they told me they would have someone actually follow me home and bring the new one. I can't rave enough about Chris and his father!

Dad, 95, need a lift chair, fast. SE Mobility made it happen, FAST. All over the phone, as I just had surgery and was in need of SE Mobility's help. Couldn't thank Steve, the owner, enough. Compassionate care should be their tag line! :)
