This place is superb! There’s nothing bad I can say. Amazing food such as the cilantro hummus and the sushi! Currently dreaming about having it again right now. The drink I had was a lychee martini and it was the best lychee martini I’ve had! The atmosphere is amazing, and sitting outside just made the experience that much better. Highly recommend it’s a 10/10 for me

We visited Sawa Sunday December 17 and was really impressed about the level of service. I was there many times in the past and they are even better now. Daysi our server was amazing, food was ultra delicious, the tuna bawl super tasty and bog to share, edamame and hamachi were yummi. And the best was the thai donuts OMG you need to try those 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Also we have our little dog with us and he got fillet mignon 😋😋😋😋 as they have doggie menu as well! A super friendly and relaxing place , definitely recommended!

Love this spot.. I do believe I've tried 70%of the menu. I'm never disappointed! Great for date night..
I gave 3 stars for service, not b/c of my waitress, but the manager came to our table after dinner to pressure me into paying a larger tip 😳🤔. She sounded ridiculous as my bill came to $150. I asked her was tipping optional, and she said yes. So I asked her why she was still standing there.. Tail between her legs, she walked off.. I was taken back by this gesture and reached out to the owner. He never returned my call.

I went for happy hour at Sawa and our waitress, Savannah, was incredible!! The drinks and food were lovely but Savannah’s timing, attention to detail and demeanor were literally perfect. She made a simple happy hour an amazing, unexpected experience! Please go and enjoy, and ask for Savannah to take care of you; you won’t regret it!

Sawa is my favorite restaurant at Merrick park, Marcella is the best!!!!! She is super friendly and makes me feel at home when I go there. Food is amazing as well as the drinks.

Absolutely in love with Sawa. We only came for apps and drinks but was surprised at how tasty and delicious they were. Some of the best seafood apps I’ve had in Miami. I love that you can actually taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. I will be back later to fully explore the menu. If appetizers are this good then I can’t wait to taste the mains.

Great atmosphere. Delicious food. Great customer service, especially Gisel since we booked the table until she did the greeting in person when we arrived, party of 6. And deisy our server, kind, professional fast and very attention to detail. Went there to celebrate birthdays. All left more than satisfied. Thank you to all the staff.

The sushi was not bad. The parillada sampler was highly recommended if you would like to try multiple samplers. The service was good. The dessert was delicious. Although the souffle tastes more like a lava cake to me, it was still good.

The staff were all very friendly and the food was delicious. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and the tables and chairs were all clean and comfortable. I will say the menu is a bit pricey but worth the money for sure.

Excellent restaurant. The attention was excellent. divine food. I recommend the lamb, the flavor is incredible. The dessert took about 20 minutes to come out, but the very friendly Manager came over and offered us a tasting for the wait. When dessert arrived, everything was incredible.

Great restaurant/lounge, with delicious Japanese/mediterranean (yes!!) food, located in a very pleasant area. Came with my boyfriend before going to the movies on a Sunday and it was the perfect call.
We sat outside, it was a very pleasant evening... good music... very romantic, at the same time great to be with friends.
We ordered a few apoetizers/tapas, and all of them were delicious. Service was impressively good, and the food came quick.
Will definitely come back!!

Pleasantly surprised by the food. Though found it quite odd by the variety of food, being a Mediterranean place .. what I ordered all was delicious, from the cilantro hummus to the seafood risotto . The only drawback, the inconsiderate fellow in the next table smoking a stinky cigar..: but he left rather quickly, so I was able to enjoy my dinnner

Wow what a amazing food and amazing service… i definitely recommend this place sushi is out of this world.

What an experience this restaurant is. The food is mouth-watering, and every plate will have you craving the next. The service is also impeccable, no complaints there. The atmosphere and ambience is very solid. Any dinner here will be impressive and more than worth your time and money. This restaurant has my highest recommendation.

Went there for Miami Spice and the food was excellent, even with the limited Miami Spice menu we all had a hard time deciding what to get. Everyone loved the Crispy Quail (wings), so much so that no one would share them with me but boy did they rave about them! I had the Duck A La Bleu and it was very good, not fatty like some duck can be and not dry either. The Churrasco with guasacaca sauce was so good too and a nice switch from the typical chimichurri.

Best food in Coral Gables, service is top notch and the management staff is superb. Happy hour was spot on, great food selections and prices were perfect for quality and quantity. Visiting the city and this was a gem to find. Definitely will be back on tomorrow.

BEST. ESPRESSO. MARTINIS. ever!!!!! if you go to Sawa and don’t order one you are missing out!!! I’ve been coming to sawa & taking everyone i know here just for the espresso martinis since moving to south florida!!!!! the service is also amazing and the staff is super friendly and kind. environment is great! you won’t regret!!!
