My experience was very poor. I took a Seiko solar watch for a battery change on March 7 2022. I was charged $74.90 and was told battery had been changed. I received watch and immediately noticed in the evening watch stopped working. I went to harbor freight bought a $8.00 tool and an $18.00 battery on ebay and replaced the battery myself. The watch now works perfect. All they did was open the watch make an inscription as if they changed battery on inside of case and charge old battery under sunlight. As if I had not tried that already before I took them the watch. I am certain they did not change the battery yet charged me $74.90 not good customer service. They will never see me again.
