This year, the roof of our home reached the end of its life, and I was not looking forward to the replacement. But, I ended up hiring the T&S team and I can't say enough good things about the experience. They have almost 20 years of dedicated service to South Florida, and now I can see why they continue to be so highly ranked in all the reviews.

From what I observed, every member of their team took pride in their work. They were all professional and I felt comfortable having them around the house.

Despite my initial worries about debris and nails, T&S Roofing handled my concern with careful planning, organization and cleanup. Not once did I encounter any issues, thanks to their diligence.

Jorge, my main point of contact, deserves special praise for his incredible follow-up and communication. He kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring that all needs were met and any concerns were addressed quickly. He was genuine and responsive and it made all the difference.

I was suprised that the actual project was completed faster than expected, but I was even more impressed with the transparency of their pricing. There were no surprises, just honest and fair dealings from beginning to end.

I felt i was dealing with family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

T&S Roofing replaced the roof of my house and did a great job!! The work was very organized, they took care of removing the old roof and finished the roof very quickly and with great quality. They also sent me all the required paperwork needed for my Homeowners Insurance so I was able to get a discount in my insurance premium. Whenever I need anything they are always there to count on for excellent customer service for roof fascia and soffit work when ever we need anything repaired.

We have used TandS for new tile roof back in 2012 and they have always been there since the beginning to be sure we are happy with the everything before they close their jobs. We have used them for silicone painting of our flat roof, soffit repair, and for rebuilding a large super fascia over our flat roof when we removed our pool enclosure. They also pressure washed our roof and we are happy with the service 12 years down the line.

Great experience with T&S roofing. They came out right away, scheduled the repair very quickly and provided detailed pictures that I could submit to citizens insurance to prove that the repair has been completed. My boss recommended this company to fix my roof. I had just gone through a bad experience with a previous roofer who was fraudulent and very unprofessional. I was skeptical as I didn’t trust anyone at that point, but I gave it a shot and called them for a consultation. I was greeted by Daniela Pinilla, one of their advisors, who broke down the steps and process of how everything would work with T&S. I was very pleased with her excellent customer service, knowledge of the company and roofing in general, and positive attitude, and I would recommend her to anyone! As the job got started, we were assigned a project manager, Sam Cuadra. He was nothing short of amazing! He was with us through every step of the way, and very attentive to my parents’ concerns/questions. Lastly, a shoutout to Roxana from Finance, who made the transactional part of the project a smooth experience! I honestly could not be happier with my new roof. The difference is night and day. Yes, metal is a little pricey, but after my experience with T&S, I would strongly recommend them to do your roof. Their workmanship and professionalism speak for themselves. It was well worth it.

I highly recommend T&S Roofing. They replaced our roof (shingles) in 2018. From sales process to job closing, they were professional and most of all they kept their word. The installation was efficient, well -done and they cleaned up quite well after it was over. Fortunately, their work comes with a ten-year labor warranty and the materials are warranted for 20-25 years (I can’t recall…but the documents are in my file!). Most recently they honored their warranty twice. Despite the good workmanship, things happen. A small, but consistent leak developed in one of the grooves/water canals. I reported it and their customer service was excellent, from the clerk who took in the complaint to the, project manager who followed up to make sure everything was done, to the crew who came to do the work within a week of my request. Shortly thereafter a separate matter arose due to an insurance company inspection which detected a bit of warping in a small section. They came out and detected the issue, removed shingles, placed new plywood and replaced the shingles leaving it all like new. I had a terrible experience with a roofer at my prior home in Pinecrest. I’m so relieved to have found T&S a solid, high-quality and dependable company.

Exceptional service from start to finish! The T&S roof crew not only did a fantastic job on my roof, but they also left my property spotless. They even covered my brand new pool to ensure it stayed pristine. Kudos to Brian for going above and beyond and keeping me in the loop through out the project. Will definitely recommend them to all of our friends!

Once permit was received, these guys worked daily even weekends to get project done. Project manager Brian was exceptional. He communicated daily on progress and problem solved when needed. He went above my expectations which is quite a feat. They are truly a company with integrity. Would highly recommend and use again.

Before deciding on a company to replace the roof on our home,
we received proposals from five companies, but ultimately chose T&S because they were professional and thorough. Their staff was available to answer our questions and we were satisfied that there were no surprises that altered the quote we received from them. The project was completed on time and on budget.

Very happy with the new metal roof installed at our house. The team on site was very professional and they did a great job. Working with the company was easy and they were responsive to all our questions and concerns along the way. Very recommended.

I have used this company for my own roofing needs and I have recommended them to others that had roofing issues. They do a good job and very conscientious.
Only thing is that sometimes it take long to start the project, mostly because of the workload and permits. Otherwise I am very happy with the company and the results.

At the end of the day I was very satisfied with T&S Roofing. Their sales rep (Jorge M) was very informative about the process of a new metal roof. The timing from the time I signed the contract to the start of the roof production was about 3 months. This is what I was told when I signed the contract. The actual production from start to finish was about 6 weeks. The production manager (Jorge D) was also very informative throughout the production process. I would highly recommend to get a proposal from T&S roofing if you are in the market for a new roof.

Highly recommend this company, fair and honest, they delivered a great job despite some challenges. Account manager Roxana Ramirez, in particular, was super diligent at following up on any issues internally and keeping things on track.

Personal experience: I recently hired the services of T&A roofing to repair a leak in the roof of my house. From the first contact, his team was very professional and attentive. They scheduled a visit to evaluate the problem and provided me with a detailed and transparent quote.

The repair installation was carried out within the agreed time and the result was excellent. The work team was punctual, organized and respectful. Additionally, they were responsible for cleaning the area after finishing the job, which I thought was a very important detail.

T & S Roofing was an exellent, professional business who did a great installation job from start to finish. Milton in Sales, Sammy Construction Manager and Ever coordinating in the office we're all efficient and courteous. The entire team was extraordinary!

T&S Roofing company and team were so nice and professional that I have to leave a review to share my great experience. I had an important roof repair to do and they were communicative, on time with a good price and an amazing team. They did a wonderful job!!

T&S took ownership of the issue below. They acknowledged the roof leak, indicated that it happens in some cases, especially where roof pitches connect and said they would fix it. They sent crews to repair the roof and took responsibility for all damages. All is fixed now and back to normal. It is comforting to know that they stand behind their customers 100%. Not all roofing companies would be there to stand behind their work and fix any issue. I would recommend them fully!!

I used T&S Roofing to replace my roof in April 2020. I spent over $50,000 for new flat tile roof. Last week I noticed a water stain in my ceiling and water stain on my brand new living room area rug (see pictures below). I COULD NOT BELIEVE I ALREADY HAD A LEAK AND ROOF WAS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD. I contacted T&S and they told my I had to fill out warranty form which I did right away. It has been a week and they still have not contacted me. I called again this morning to follow up and they told me they were busy and it may be another week before I hear from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL.
