They had all the options we were looking for and the person assisting us, Andrew, did an amazing job explaining the different printer functions and insurance options. He was also very patient, and he kindly helped us understand everything. 100% would recommend this office depot, excellent customer service.

Heimard was the person who helped us today, great costumer service. He help us to solve our problem with some stickers we wanted to print and while he was helping us he multi-tasked to help other costumers. We need more costumer services just like him in Miami Thank you so much!

Office Depot / OfficeMax is just a few blocks from my house. A brick and mortar location that allows me to select over a wide variety of office related products (you know those products) within minutes of leaving my house. If, for example, I need toner or or inkjet cartridges (or any office product) in a hurry, it's right there, without any delay. If I buy a printer or computer that I discover to be defective, I can return within minutes of leaving my house. No online retailer can compete with that. Cost of goods is subjective. A personal consideration of need and time.
