Alvaro Borges was a great salesman and helped me find the best deal on my new car. He was honest and gave me an OTD price right away, making the two-hours drive to the dealership worth it. He made sure the car was washed and ready to go by the time I got there and made sure that the car was on hold after I put the deposit down. Very reasonable and kind for the pricing negotiations and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t have any intentions of getting a new car. I decided to check out the cars, to consider treating in the future, but the service was great. The staff was very professional, and David Gonzalez, my sales rep, was exceptional.

The service writers are friendly and helpful, they remember your name and make sure you know what to expect. I dropped off my vehicle for routine maintenance and expected to be a few hours. I got a call in just over an hour that my vehicle was ready. Rob even saw that I had Ford points that I could use to make the payment. I like the idea of getting what you are expecting or even better.

Very happy with service. My only concern is the tech adjusted my seat, steering wheel and radio to his/her liking for a very short ride from the parking area to the service bay. When I got my vehicle back I had to re-adjust everything back to my liking.

I took my Explorer to Ford of Kendall for oxidation repair on the hood. Ford replaced the hood with a new hood that was painted by their contacted body shop, LeGarage. The NEW hood came back with a large dent, dirt under the paint, scuff marks and missing parts. After taking the car back to 3 times, each time returned in the exact same condition. I spoke with the service manager Fabian and he recommended taking it back until it's fix correctly. First, the body shop is not capable of doing good work or even average work. LeGarage do not take pride in their work. When I pointed out missing parts to the body shop, the guy said, "we don't have another Explorer here", implying he would have taken the part off another car to put on mine. Second, my hood is in such back condition, the only cost-effective solution is to replace the hood with another new hood which Ford of Kendall has not offered. It's only been a few months and the paint is flaking off. The hood would need to be stripped since paint adhesion is a problem and painting another coat on a poor surface will not stop the flaking. Third, my time is worth more than dealing with people who have no intentions of doing the right thing. No one should experience my frustration, hardship, and lack of response from any business.

In response to Ford of Kendall’s post, I called the number and Jeremy, the Service Manager requested that I bring the car back and he will personally make it right. Major changes at Ford of Kendall, Fabian the service manager I was working with is no longer there and LeGarage, the body shop that did the hood repair is no longer used by Ford of Kendall. Still skeptical, but after speaking with Jeremy, I believed he would make it right and he did! The hood was repainted, and it looks great. Jeremy went above and beyond what I expected, he kept me informed, and personally inspected the repair for quality before delivering the car back to me fully detailed and spotless. This has been a very positive experience at Ford of Kendall and have changed my review from a 1 star to a 5 stars rating. I am impressed that Ford of Kendall valued my business, and I can definitely recommend Ford of Kendall now that Jeremy is there. I’ve added a picture of the repainted hood.

Had a great experience here, from sales all the way through finance. I was coming from out of state to buy a van and Alvaro picked me up a d took care of everything I needed, then Eduardo in Finance made the process as quick as possible. They caught something that needed to be repaired before I took possession of the vehicle and put me in a hotel for the night so I didn't have to come out of pocket for it while they fixed the vehicle. 10/10

Fantastic! Real pricing without the hard sell. Very fair price on extended warranty too. My salesperson was Ioannis, and the finance gentleman was Raul. An agent, very young, educated and focused on what I was looking for, took charge of the process. She, without ceasing to look after the interests of her company, knew how to keep me in place and not let me go to a previous appointment where I could possibly get what I was looking for. I took my sons F150 in for an oil change and a transmission cover and Alex from service was very helpful and really went above and beyond to take care of me. The work was completed within a couple of hours. Thanks Alex

Took my 2022 Ford F350 for sure service and a couple of recalls they took care of me in the same day waited two hours met the manager Mr. Frank and the staff were wonderful the waiting lounge, free coffee video games really impressed with this dealer and with their service.
Five stars guys would have given you 1000 stars but was capped at 5.
