Shout out to the man of the day Alex Molinares. I am in tears yall just don't know the story, well here is snip. My son re-entry into society the last 9 months has been such a blessing & I know God is making it possible. He was determine to get a car & I kept telling him to step out on faith, which he did. He went to South Motors & was told he need a co-signer. I told him I am working & can come afterwards, but I need my massage first. Well he told Alex the message & Alex says I will wait. Well, I made it but no massage, after this exprience my massage is not needed. Alex served us with empathy which is so hard to find lately. He worked with us from the beginning to the end. The customer service in this place is AMAZING! Marcelino is compassionate and listens to everything a customer needs. I also have dealt with Grechis Chiong in the office and she is a professional and an amazing reference. I will buy all my cars in this establishment because of Grechis. Everyone inside the office and outside in maintenance are excellent.

Steve Martinez is by far the best Honda service advisor I’ve had. He ACTUALLY listened to my AC problems and found the problem unlike other dealerships. He is well knowledge and very respectful.

Took my Honda in for scheduled oil & filter change. Made appt and only waited about 10 minutes before a Service Advisor came out and attended me. My S.A. was “Sergio Jiménez”. Great attitude despite all the cars lined up for service. I love that they record a video of your car before you leave and send it to you so you can see any damage the car may have. Also you get another video of the mechanic with your car, showing you all the checks he does; brake pads, tires removed for rotation, etc… They send me an updated quote with recommended service and it was easy to approve or disapprove. Car was ready within 2 hours and that was because I decided to do the radiator service on top of the oil & filter and the tire rotation. Car was given back to me washed and dried. Make your appt online. You can also request a service advisor by name when you make the appt, will ask for Sergio in the future.

I always get great service and am treated nicely when i come here. The advisors i get are always good in particular Rolando and Steve. Very professional
