Professional and easy going customer service. I ordered a vehicle and it arrived much faster than what they initially told me and kept me updated all along. Danny was super helpful and made sure I was leaving the dealer exactly with what I wanted. Financing part was also good with a lot of common sense, transparency, and trust. I chose South BMW over the other Miami dealer and I am happy I did so.

The best Dealer to buy a car at, I recommend going with Jean, he is the best sells man and his customer service is the best as well. He has a lot of knowledge and will clear all your doubts as well as give you the best deal they can get. He will take you step by step through everything without leaving you confused. Today, I bought my first vehicle, and despite all the stress I had coming in, the financial agent, Dantony Paula, made it the easiest, most comforting experience. Not only was he efficient and quick, but he also provided great company. I am extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely be coming back to him for my next purchase.

I was interested in purchasing a new BMW and began working with Patrick McClouskey. Patrick is incredibly helpful and he really worked to get me a good deal. I went in with a 2017 X3 and left with a brand new X1. If you are looking for a BMW go to South Motors BMW.

I was able to work with Jorge Wickle in sales. Jorge was able to get answers to all of our questions. He was able to get us all of the financial information including quotes that we requested so that we can make an informed decision and he did so in a timely manner. He was extremely courteous and friendly. We would absolutely consider South Motors and Jorge again. The facilities at south motors are state of the art. They felt very new and clean. All of the other representatives in sales and finance and the genius dept. were also excellent to work with. Particularly Roman in the genius department was friendly, and was as excited for our purchase as we were.

Today is the first time in a long time I’ve actually had an amazing experience buying a car. I spent all day with a group of amazing people. But to name a few Jean was considerate and he put all my crazy request first. He made sure I left with the car I wanted. He didn’t push any type of vehicle on me. Jean from south miami Bmw was very helpful, friendly and to the point. It’s refreshing to have a salesman not be push and have a sense of humor as well as extensive knowledge about the car you are buying. Everyone is friendly and excellent customer service. I went to South Motors to purchase my new car and the overall experience with Denise was very wonderful. My car was totaled in a car accident and I was so stressed but Denise helped to make sure I had a seamlsss experience purchasing the new vehicle. I was looking for a white 4 series gran coupe with a red interior and I was pleased to see they had it. Denise was so friendly and accommodating as she walked me through the whole process and worked to make sure I got the best deal possible. The whole staff was amazing including the manager Martin, Leo in finance and Alejandro the genius. I’m looking forward to driving my new vehicle and I would definitely recommend this dealership!

My service advisor is Reynel at South Motors BMW. He is very professional. He schedules my service at my convenience. I recently replaced my worn out rear brakes there. He then offered that front brakes can be done for FREE because they were still under warranty. He works with his technicians closely so he can update me on the condition of my car and provides recommendations. I also replaced my tires recently and he found amazing discounts to make affordable for me. He is very punctual about his promises. He also arranged a loaner car for me so I didn’t have to worry about spending a couple of days without a car. Overall, Reynel is an honest service advisor and I highly recommend him to any BMW car owner. Thank you Reynel for always being so friendly and helpful.
