Awesome place to get shakes, smoothies and custom stuff such as homemade sodas, energy drinks and coffees. They have loads of drinks to chose from our you can create your own, fast and great service.

Amazing customer service! The girls there are friendly and nice. Variety of drinks and even snacks to get. Love the Oreo milkshake. Though it’s quite small when it’s pack and parking is limited, the flavor it great and great atmosphere.

Great experience and great drinks! They have so many to choose from so I try to get something new everytime I’m there! The staff is also amazing they’re really nice people especially one of the girls named Nacosi! She helped me pick out what kind of drink I wanted and recommended the waffle sandwich which I get everytime I’m there now! Overall great experience :)

Sip 305 has so many fun creations! The possibilities are endless. I love that you can customize so many different drinks and that they are always coming up with new special creations. The staff was super friendly and explained everything to me! I loved the Hulk Extract drink which is their home made hangover remedy/energy drink.

The cookies were also delicious! I loved the cookie sandwiches and the cookies alike. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for something fun!

Excellent service! I had this one associate take care of me and she was super professional and super friendly. Deana I believe was her name. She made me an Oreo milkshake and it was phenomenal! 10/10 would recommend!! I also tried the Reese’s pieces cookie sandwich and oh my god was it absolutely delicious. Most definitely would go there again! The food 10/10, the beverage 10/10 and the service from Deana. 20/10! Thank you Deana!

This place has the best assortment of drinks around! My kids love to come to this place because there are so many options even for them. The cookies and milkshakes are amazing! I especially love their recovery drink the OG but also like that I can get a soda and specialize it with any option I want (Lime, coconut, caramel Etc.) the staff are always so kind and I find myself chatting with the workers because its just such a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend for anyone!

I had such an amazing first time experience here! I was greeted by this lovely woman I believe her name was Lana. She took the time to guide me through the entire menu and help me make a decision on what I eventually wanted. It must be said that she is an excellent saleswoman because I ended up spending nearly twice as much as I meant to! Very pleased with my experience and will be back soon. Must check this place out if you’re in the Doral area. Hopefully you’re as lucky as I was to receive help from an employee as great as Lana !

Amazing service! I used to be a regular when I attended FIU, I’m back in Canada but whenever I visit they still know my order! To me, this shows they know how to make their customers feel valued!

This place is such a hidden gem. The frappes are my favorite. THEY ACTUALLY TASTE LIKE COFFEE! It’s no wonder they have a 5 star rating. The customer service is so genuine and efficient. They make everything with so much care and in Miami… that’s pretty hard to come by. All I have to say is kudos to this place. This place has such a diverse menu and EVERY. SINGLE. THING. is made with all the care in the world and the taste is there to show it. We need more places like this in the world.

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff, and the service throughout my visit was exceptional. This place offers a wide range of beverages, and each one I tried was nothing short of amazing. The staff at this establishment are truly skilled mixologists, and it’s evident in the quality of the drinks they prepare. The tastes of each drink were exceptional, and I appreciated the creative twists they put.
What sets this place apart is not only the delicious drinks but also the friendly and efficient service that accompanies them. I have been lucky to always get the same server everytime I go. María is the best staff member there. It is obvious she takes great pride in their work, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. I don’t think this establishment would be the same without Maria.

No surprise this shop is the hottest place near campus.

Between all the amazing beverages and desserts you could visit daily and it would take months before tasting every combination on their unique, expansive menu.

Especially love the staff and atmosphere.

A must stop coffee shop. This is exactly what I was looking for. It is an absolutely amazing coffee shop really close to FIU so I am able to go in the morning before classes if needed without the fear of then running late. They honestly have some of the best cold brew I have ever had and as someone who doesn’t Consume sugar the fact that they offer almost every beverage with a sugar free option is honestly amazing. They also have the best customer service ever. Specifically their worker Maria. She always has a huge smile and is so welcoming. Honestly, one of the sweetest people and super helpful when trying to figure out what to order . 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone!!!

I had an excellent experience here! The service was great. The workers were professional and welcoming. My barista was Deana! She greeted me with kindness and provided exquisite customer service. I will definitely be returning for another milkshake soon and to see my favorite barista!

This is my favorite place !!! I basically come everyday and order the same thing. Their menu is so unique and there are so many options to find what you like the most!
