First I’d like to say that if you don’t know where you’re going you might not find it. That’s ok too. I ended up at a guard house and they redirected me. It’s actually past the dump on a kind of dirt road. I went kayaking and had an awesome time once I found it. The park even has a small kayak launch pad. We went all the way to the ocean and back. Absolutely beautiful!

Great kayaking location - check your tide charts. Going out on outgoing tide optimal and coming on on incoming optimal - enjoy the views!

Such a perfect park to go with your dog. It has access to the water so the dogs can swim if you want. I absolutely love this place. I dont even live close and still drive over there to hang out with my friends.

This park is one of my favorites in the area. I only wish that there was a water fountain. The dog park is nice too, but it would also be nice if there was a doggie water fountain there as well. The kayak launch is awesome and I love hiking in the mangroves.

Really nice for long walks but you have to be careful because you are surrounded by Everglades mangroves not recommend to go alone or later in the day.

Chapman Field park is temporarily closed for 6 months to install a new road, expand the kayak launch parking spot, and add drainage improvements.

Great place to kyak, very nice launch dock you can go all the way to the bay through the mangroves.
