I brought my other dogs here. 4 yrs ago the passed from old age. Recently got my new puppy n figured bring the new here prices r reasonable. N the staff is very friendly.

Dr. Huff was very good with our two cats, especially our very cranky tortie. I went in worried about our orange boy, and came out confident about the state of his health. I highly recommend Dr. Huff - she is the greatest!

Always busy, however worth the wait. Best Vet in town thanks Dr Huff my dog is a maniac and they handle him like it’s a normal thing. Might I add the staff is exceptional; in addition, Kelly is always pleasant and gives my dogs the extra care they need. Thanks for a great experience for our paw family!

My English Bulldog needed neutered and also needed his cherry eyes fixed. Dr. Huff did both. It went so well. His eyes look amazing. After taking him home we had no issues in fact my baby just wanted to play. He never acted like he was in any discomfort. Thank you !

We have used this Vet for many years, this visit was for just a nail clip for our rat terrier / mini pinscher mix, Lovie. They do a great job and I would recommend if you are in the area.

After moving to Florida, finding the right vet was way more difficult than I anticipated. We found one in Clermont that we really liked, but what they charged was pure lunacy. $60 for an office call is pretty high. Vaccinations were also higher ($15-$40 each) than several other vets around. Attitude of the staff was a bit snobbish for my simple, plain Jane demeanor as well. Soooo it was time for a change.
After calling around, we decided to try the Animal Clinic of Leesburg. They're always busy.... Which is a clue to anyone around. They're good at what they do. They listen, care, and take time with each pet. I have a rather large and unique to Florida type dog (along with two small ones.) He draws A LOT of attention. Love that Dr. Garrett answered all of my dog-mom-worries-too-much questions, without making me feel that way. The techs are great and efficient. The receptionists are polite despite answering phones, reassuring and calming clients, and dealing with pets galore.
Prices are amazing. Dental cleanings an absolute BARGAIN. Our previous vet pricing was over $1000. Here we paid under $200. For the exact same procedure.
Love this place. Exam rooms are clean and lobby is comfy.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! Been with them for over 24 years! Stated with Dr Allen then when he retired starts with Dr Huff! The entire staff is amazing! And Dr Huff is so attentive your our babies needs. She really cares and listens to your concerns.

Dr. Huff and staff are a true professional team you can trust with your mammalian friends. They removed a good sized growth from my dogs neck in June. Very down to earth and skilled...Dr. Huff called me herself with his biopsy results. And Napoleon had an uneventful healing process despite the depth of the incision. Napoleon and I both thank you guys!

SUMMARY: Animal Clinic of Leesburg saved my cats leg in an affordable way that no other vet facility would. We paid $800 for an almost $3000 surgery. This is the first vet that I have ever been to where the surgical facility was so accommodating and actually cared for the animal that came in. Any other surgeon would have told me that it would be cheaper to euthanize my cat, but doctor Amy Huff didn't do that and understood what our budget would be. She accommodated more than any other vet would have and I'm forever grateful to her for saving my cat's leg. I’ve attached a picture of him in 2018 right after surgery, then another picture of him now in 2020!

Animal Clinic of Leesburg has been one of the most affordable surgeon vets that I have ever been to. Doctor Amy Huff is a wonderful surgeon, has always been compassionate and very responsive to any questions and or concerns that I had about my predicament. I am writing two years after a surgery that my cat, Atreus, went through at this facility because I wanted to express my gratitude and give an update on his quality of life after surgery. Long story short, my cat had an accident where his leg got tangled on an elastic string that was attached to a cat tree I had purchased. It was just an elastic string with a mouse toy attached to the end and I never thought that my cat could possibly get hurt, but I was wrong and he ended up breaking his hip ball joint in half. I do want to mention here that I did take him to a vet initially near Windermere Orlando, however the operation they wanted to charge for saving his leg would just START at $2400, and that just wasn't viable for us. We went ahead and took him over to the Affordable vet Clinic in Winter Garden who referred us to Leesburg and received a second opinion from the Atlas pet clinic in Clermont who also referred us to Animal Clinic of Leesburg for the most affordable and efficient surgery for his case.
Doctor Amy Huff was kind, gentle, and very proactive when it came to Atreus’ case. She was also very empathetic to how much she would charge for saving our baby’s leg. We only ended up spending $800 for everything! I would say that being the normal cost for a surgery of his case would just be a starting point at $2400, this facility was definitely accommodating to our needs and our budget.

At some point after the surgery he did receive an infection, and we went to a close by emergency vet to have him checked out immediately. We were so scared that he received an infection due to the surgery at Animal Clinic of Leesburg and I was horrified that perhaps the surgeon had done something wrong during surgery. Even the ER vet that we took him to said that “you might have gotten what you paid for” after hearing how much we paid for his surgery. However, when he took a look at his leg and took out all of the infection, he actually was very surprised at how professional and perfect the surgery was that Dr. Amy Huff performed on Atreus. The ER vet told us that we could take him back to Animal Clinic of Leesburg being that the infection he received was a type of “sterile infection.” Those types of infections are very rare and are typically caused by the body trying to fight off the stitches or sutures that were put in place thinking that the foreign objects shouldn't be in the body.

Nonetheless, we returned him to Animal Clinic of Leesburg, Amy Huff took him in right away and had him stay at the clinic until she knew that no infection would continue to grow in the surgery site. Even though the infection that occurred in his leg was not Dr. Amy's fault, she insisted not to charge for his remaining stays as well as any further treatments to his leg.

Here we are two years later, Atreus as energetic as ever with his ability to walk, run and jump just like any other cat. Thank you Amy Huff for saving his leg, and thank you for going above and beyond to help him out!

I can not say enough great things about this place. The vets have saved the lives of 2 of our beloved pets, one of which was recommended to be put down by an emergency vet clinic. My family and I absolutely love Dr. Huff! The staff there puts animals first and money second. I recommend them with the highest of confidence!

I had my 3lb Yorkie Spayed, 4 baby teeth pulled and micro chipped today. I was really scared because of her size. Dr. Huff and her team reassured me that everything would be fine and it was. They are very professional and have great communication with you. Dr. Huff thanks for taking great care of my baby.

Great visit. Taken on time. Met Dr. Gallagher. Liked her. Took bloid work. Diagnosed Joey with arthritis. Got meds and left 1/2 hr later. Very satisfied with visit

Dr. Huff was wonderful. Peanut has two bad rear legs. Eventually, my dog will have to have her one leg amputated. Dr. Huff was thorough in explaining what to look for. She was also reassuring me, when the time does comes, Peanut will be okay. Her own dog and other dogs are doing very well on 3 legs.

Dr. Huff is the best vet I have come across in the last seven years of having my dog. We had brought our dog in with a pretty complicated growth and she was transparent with the situation and took on the task of trying to save our dog. After some much complicated healing time where Dr. Huff and her team were compassionate, even when we had to take him in 3 times in one day. His cancer reappeared even faster and we had to make the choice to euthanize him. Again, Dr. Huff and her team were nothing but compassionate. We were recommended to the Animal Clinic of Leesburg from our vet, but after this experience I will be a long term client of hers with our other dog. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Huff and her team if you are looking for a vet that is in it for the animals and is honest and compassionate.
