Not much help

Bought what I thought was 18 pieces of tile, turns out it was 16. While putting in my car realized it was short 2. The problem was I was working with one person and the owner steps in and takes over not knowing what I needed. He refused to give me a refund, said once the money was folded there was no refunds. Said I would have to pay a restocking fee and only get a store credit. VERY POOR SERVICE from the owner. The whole sale didn’t last 60 seconds. Now he’s the loser as I was going to tell my remodeling friends about him and now I don’t want them to have a similar experience.

They're supposed to open at 8:30. two customers sitting there and 15 minutes later still not open so we left
