Publix Super Market at Briar Bay Shopping Center

I like this little Publix, is very convenient by been so near to the post office and the falls mall. Is a small Publix, I guess because is been here for a long while and keeps the old fashioned groceries store style. All staff is always so attentive and kind, there’s always parking available, and even for a small store all their products are always fresh and well packed to grab and go.

I love shopping at Publix. I also can also cross the street and go shopping at The Falls Mall, great restaurants and close to US1. It's my favorite Publix. Everything is so organized and clean.

I love this Publix. I haven't seen Clearly Canadian sparkling water in years. I found it here. I bought 20 at one time. They also have my favorite juice, Calypso. I just wish they had all the flavors. Currently, they only have 3 flavors. I can live off that water and juice alone. Not to mention that the staff is very friendly. I received my free half pint of butter pecan ice cream for my birthday without a problem. I used to order from Amazon because I hate shopping. However, I find myself in this Publix at least twice a week. Amazon hasn't received any grocery money from me in months. I heard this one is closing down later this year. I would definitely sign a petition for it to stay open. It's one of the best Publix we have in Miami.

This was a great place too bad is close now. Supposedly for renovation but I don't think so I don't think they renew their lease

I love visiting this Publix. It’s never packed with a lot of customers, its always well stocked with items I need, staff is amazingly friendly especially in the pharmacy and deli/prepared foods department. If there’s a item that’s on sale and really isn’t, they will honor your work and give it to you for the price advertised for. I’m so excited this Publix is up for renovations and I can’t wait to see how it looks when it’s finally done. I highly recommend shopping at this Publix across the Falls Shopping Center.

They built me a grocery cart, Instatly, so I didn't have to make 10 trips up and down the complex!! Priceless !!! Good looking out and great service since I'm a new resident in the falls area 😀

This is my neighborhood grocery store. Its comfortable with quality products and great customer service. I can't tell you how many times someone has helped me and all with a smile.

Great place to buy everything you need (and a little more). Definitely needs more Chicken Cesar Wraps...always run out of them!

The ladies in the deli rock! The manager is also very easy to talk to. This location in particular is always immaculate. Shelves are always stocked!

Publix will always be my favorite supermarket to shop. Giving the customer, the benefit of the doubt when it comes to returns is tantamount with me. Certainly a 20 out of 10 tick mark. That said, this particular Publix's location is the pit. Obviously, there is a display constrain with shelf and floor space, so one would think that it would be in management's interest to make sure that BOGO items are displayed and tagged in an area that is easily seen. A few weeks back, Publix had Foster Grant's glasses on BOGO, suffice to say, at best, the display had no sign of the sale, but at worse , the stall was in a corner next to the restroom and discards, an area not in keeping with the prestige that Publix sells its customers.

Staff is anxious to help. They are so attentive. Eventhough I can find many things cheaper somewhere else but I keep going to this Publix because of the people who work there. Bravo for their customer service. Five stars

Everybody is helpful and the staff tries to remember their customers. It's the Falls small neighborhood store. Products are fresh and I always find what I need.
