When I first went on Bird Road Auto Sales' website, I saw plenty of good looking trucks at descent prices given the current market conditions. After reading several of their reviews, I was skeptical of even visiting their facility, but I had seen an F250 that caught my eye. I didn't call, just showed up, and met Jorge. Immediately I was greeted with professionalism, and I was shown the truck I was inquiring about, and several others. I had a strict budget, and I knew what I was looking for. Jorge had advised me they just took in a 2017 F250 Lariart on trade, and needles to say I had to have it. The sunroof was inoperable, but Jorge had guaranteed me they would take care of the issue if I purchased the vehicle. I took it for a test drive, and I knew I had to do certain things to get the truck up to my standards, but I had to have it. The following day I came with a cashiers check, and took it home. Two weeks after the purchase, Jorge called me and said we had an appointment to fix the sunroof. The sunroof was fixed at the dealer, and I was a happy camper. Despite previous reviews, I highly recommend Bird Road Auto Sales for your next Ford truck. Jorge is a straight shooter, honest, and true professional. Thank you again guys for my F250!

George is very easy going to work with. He was upfront and honest about area's on the truck that was needed to be done. I bought an 05, so I wasn't expecting a perfect truck but it was a great deal. Did have an issue after I left and he answered the phone and was willing to drive out to me to help. I made it home fine. Spoke with the original owner of the truck and got everything figured out. If you're looking for a quality used vehicle, they will have it.

One of the most professional dealerships I have ever worked with. They will work with you to crunch numbers and get you right where you want to be. Amazing selections of trucks all of them very clean and very well taken care of. Great care and service and awesome honesty from the moment you step onto the lot. Spent a couple of days working with then to get right where I wanted to be. And all the techs are knowledgeable and friendly ask away they will answer any question you might have, an address any concerns and definitely give you major tips and and advice for first time diesel truck owners. Great treatment, I was just on a Family trip down in Miami, saw the post son FB market place of the truck for a decent price and went to see it same day. We got an agreement on a good deal, to the point the the truck was delivered to the front of my house in Tennessee. Big shootout to Georgi.

No haggling, great with working on a trade-in vehicle, all these things were considered when I decided to purchase on a Land Rover LR4 and drive all the way to Miami from Virginia Beach, 800+ miles, 30 hours, with one check, no knowledge of these guys other than their word, and no regrets. The deal they promised was there when I arrived, and transaction went MORE than smoothly. Staffing at Bird Road was top notch as well, not in the sense of smooth talking, butter you up car salesmen but people who had a demand for their vehicles and didn't need the back and forth to make a car sell.

My 2011 LR4 was absolutely spotless when I received it, George (work with him) promised it would be detailed and I had no idea. Once I arrived they showed me their process every square inch of the LR4 was pristine from the back seat, to every square centimeter under the hood that could be reached. I left the dealership with no regrets and a week and 800+ miles later I am in the same boat.

The show room was incredible, the drive was worth it, the staff were straight shooters and not dabbling with any drama. It made the trek more than worth it not to mention their price was one I found after a nation-wide search on LR4's. I looked at cars from AZ to CA to NY and Bird Road had the deal, the vehicle which was noticeable above the rest.

I recently purchased a Ford Fusion from Bird Road Auto Sales. I got a fair price on a great car. Buying process went quickly and smoothly. I was in and out with my car in about an hour. They do have mostly trucks, very nice selection. I’ll be going back there when I’m ready for my next truck.

I usually don’t write reviews on here. But man I’m speechless, Hands down the most honest dealership in Miami. Man, from the second I walked in they treated me with the upmost respect. I was informed from A-Z on the Ford F-2-50, I eventually ended up buying haha! Honestly I’m not sold easily, after 20+ years in sales but these guys truly deserved that sale. If you wish to be honestly informed on your future purchase or if your just looking for a vehicle these guys are the ones to go to!!!
