CAV Impact Windows and Doors Miami

I called Carlos after seeing his reviews on google, I had to hurry and get and impact door so I could get my full discount for my home insurance. I call him on a Thursday he came out less than a hour later, Friday I gave him the deposit and Saturday morning my door was installed. The door is great quality and the price was great, glad I met him; great guy.

Carlos is very responsible and attentive, he will response to your message quickly. This is the second job I did with him. In this occasion he replaced my sliding door, it took longer than expected but at the end he did a great job., I’m very satisfied!😊

Unbeatable service and quality, Jonathan was the installer and I will recommend you ask for him, flawless installation, professional, on time, made sure everything looks good , sealed and also added the inside door jams to make it look as built. Carlos was very responsive and communicative during the door installation process! He was able to get a door ordered and installed within a week from my garage to the exterior of my home. His installers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves and even installed an electronic lock I purchased at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend his company at any time.

Carlos and his crew were fabulous! They worked quietly and quickly, arriving on time and cleaning up any mess. Their prices were competitive and lower than the other quotes we got. Carlos is organized and professional and very conscientious. The installation crew were very polite and respectful. They took their time to analyze each doorway in our Mid-Century period home, and to carefully fit the new doors, taking care of both structural and cosmetic matters. And they finished ahead of schedule! It was a pleasure to do business with them.

They did an amazing job! As soon I as contacted them, they were there the next day for an estimate. After being tired of having to put window coverings every year for hurricanes, I decided to make the change from regular windows and glass door in my house to hurricane windows.

I quoted with some companies and when I got the quotes, I thought it would be impossible because of the high costs until a friend recommended me with CAV Impact.

When I called Carlos, he immediately sent his staff to take the dimensions of the windows and sent me the quote the next day. The price was so good compared to the others that I decided to make the change immediately.

The delivery was according to the agreed date and the installation was very good. The boys arrived at the scheduled time and in one day they made all the corresponding changes.

I am very happy with the decision made since the quality of the windows are excellent and the work done was very good.

I met the owner, Carlos. In late 2019 when I was just getting quotes for Impact doors. From the minute I met him I got a good vibe and am so glad I found him online. Not only was the quote reasonable and affordable, he explained everything in detail about the door (locks, colors, brands, delivery times, etc.) and kept in touch throughout the entire process. This was the start of COVID and he was constantly in touch and let me know of possible delays that were out of his control. Nevertheless, the door eventually arrived and he and his team installed it perfectly. I’ve since purchased another Impact door and Impact window without any hiccups and couldn’t be more satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge of his products.
