Lenny's worth is invaluable! I had damage to my home from a tornado and had no idea where to start. Lenny came in and handled the whole claim for me. Having worked on both sides of the insurance claims industry he knew exactly what my insurance company required and what they were capable of paying . His attention to detail was borderline obsessive compulsive as he submitted close to a 30 page report. He included details down to the square inch of drywall needing to be replaced. I would of received no where near what I did without his help. He is worth his commission several times over. In addition Lenny is just a great guy. He is honest, down to earth, always shows up on time and always kept me up to date on everything happening. I would highly recommend Lenny and Equitable for anything you need!

Lenny took care of everything from start to finish. I could not believe how much stress this took off my plate. We had a leak from an AC unit come through the ceiling, destroying parts of the bedroom and bathroom. Lenny worked with the insurance company to get us what we needed to put everything back to absolute perfection. Lenny is a pleasure to work with. He's a very responsible, trustworthy and dedicated professional. After what I thought was a simple roof leak Lenny came to our house and found that it wasn't so simple and needed much work than was advised by the insurance company inspector. It would of cost me thousands to do the work needed to be done by Lenny's inspection. Lenny came to advise on a roof leak and did an amazing job of getting us a very fair settlement. Which he then appealed and was able to secure funds very quickly for us to make the necessary repairs! Top quality job and great communication along the way. Sure it would have been even faster if the insurance company didn’t replace the original adjuster and didn’t tell anyone about it. Highly recommended I hope o don’t need a claim again but if I do it will be a equitable.

Lenny Pisciotto made everything so easy. He came to our apartment and made a list with notes of all the damages that occurred from the leak from the apartment above. He also took pictures of the damaged items and areas. Within a short period of time he sent us a detailed estimate to cover our loss. This estimate included a comprehensive description of each item to be removed and replaced that was easily understood. He then called for our approval of his estimate which he then took to our insurance adjuster. After his negotiation with the insurance adjuster he called to tell us the agreed upon amount which was a substantial amount to repair and replace the items damaged. It was a very efficient and speedy process with minimal effort on our part relating to the insurance.. Lenny was very personable yet very professional in resolving our problems. We highly recommend Equitable's services. We give Equitable five stars, and we would not hesitate in telling our family or friends about their services.

My washing machine flooded my 2nd floor and part of my 1st floor. I had a leak in my kitchen, which caused mold, mildew and a LOT of aggravation. We used Equitable Adjusters when we had a pipe leak in our master bathroom. Damage extended into the master bedroom and closet. Floors had to be pulled, baseboards replaced, paint, and checked for mold.
