This is literally my favorite store to shop at, Noel the store manager is the nicest person ever amazing customer service the girls that work there Mia, Nicole ,Caro are very nice and helpful and always go out of there way to help me I always end up walking out with something Phenomenal customer service never had a problem here, store is also beautiful and well kept all the time and you can tell the effort that is put in this store very satisfied, they have so much to offer ! Love it here!

This was my first time at this Francesca’s location , it was an amazing experience as always. I was browsing and one of the staff , Noel, approached me and asked me how I was and what I was shopping for. I told him that I had a vacation coming up and he helped me look for some outfits for it. I appreciated that he helped me look for some outfits that I had in my mind and also made other suggestions that I ended up loving. The store was super clean when I was there also. I will be coming back and shop again.

Came in and needed help exchanging some items. Noel the store manager was beyond helpful and pleasant. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied.

I love every Francesca's store and this one was great too. With an amazing variety of products, dresses, shorts, skirts, blouses...so elegant and soft.

Prices are good for what they offer and they also hade a great sale.

The service was outstanding, the young lady that helped me was nice and after wrapping so beautifully my dress, she came and gave it to me.

My Wife loves this shop. Every time we visit Miami this is on our to do list and she will often comment on the quality and style of the clothes which always seem to be reasonably priced too. Customer service has also always been 5 star. I have never walked into that shop without being engaged in friendly conversation by the staff.

Prices are usually $40-$60 for any given item but from time to time you will find cute stuff in the clearance section. I bought at their buy 1 get 2 free sale!
