Amazing service, great customer care and support, I can’t ask for better, I’m very pleased with this furniture business, I will like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Mr. Alfonso Rubio for his professionalism, suggestions and help during my purchases, I highly recommend this place to anyone out there to equip their homes with any good quality furniture and price are really good deals, you all will enjoy and appreciate what this business offers so many things to choose from

Christopher I. at the Pinecrest location was the most professional sales advisor I’ve encountered. He followed up on me with tact and no pressure, just a candid phone call to remain in touch in case I was still interested.
The evening I finally moved on with the purchase I had the pleasure of meeting his Manager, Stephanie, who was nothing short from delightful. She helped us get it all set up, got me the delivery date I needed, added two beautiful gifts when the deal was already sealed, which I took as someone that knows how to build business relationships and repeat buyers. Kudos to both, Christopher and Stephanie! I will come back to you

Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us select the living room sectional that we wanted. He listened to exactly what we were looking for.

Last Sunday we worked with Alfonso. He was very patient in helping us find the right pieces for our apartment. The staff gave us no pressure during the process.

Shopping at the City Furniture Dadeland/Pinecrest has been amazing so far! Luis and Ross were super helpful and very patient with me as I called and visited the store several times prior to my purchase. Ross and Luis assisted me with the measurements and took their time to make sure the large sectional would work in my area. Luis returned all my phone calls, texts and emails prior to my purchase and assured me he would do everything in his power to have the pieces delivered to me as soon as possible. They were not pushy salespersons and were very honest with me throughout the process as far as what would work best for me and my family, I am super excited to see the sectional unit in my home and I hope they can work their magic to get it to me soon!

Update- Ross and Luis worked their magic and I got my sectional this weekend!! Everything was perfect, measurements were exacly what they told me they would be and the quality is amazing.
The Premium Delivery service was definitely PREMIUM- the two gentlemen who delivered and set up our furniture where extremley professional and kind. Top notch service for sure, they worked hard, worked very neat and left everything perfectly set up. Their names were Chavez and Ricardo- I told them I could tell they truly enjoyed their jobs and they told me they did and they were very proud to make the customers happy! Keep up the good work!
