Very important advice! ALWAYS BUY IN THE STORE AND NOT ONLINE!

Let me explain..

First of all, I have been a customer of Midtown Miami location since the day they opened. Even though a lot of the initial staff is not there any more, over the years, everyone that came and left have been amazing.. each one of the sales associates are extremely patient and attentive..
I know almost everyone by name since they all work hard to make a good impression. Also, they always remember you and your name too after spending some time with you..

Over the years they have always been very kind and helpful. Even when West Elm disappoints which happens with every company, the sales people step up and do their best to take care of their clients as if it is their own store and product.

So for your big purchases always go into the store and have a sales associate help you out because they will do their best to help unlike the people from the cooperate.

Unfortunately, American business ethics and values have gone south in the last couple decades along with the world’s. You can’t trust even the most reputable of companies.

Therefore, it is a good idea to personally walk into the store for big purchases as the sales associates care more about you than the cooperate level employee’s desire to help once a problem happens. People on the phone have lost all their manners nowadays in general so at least you will save yourself from additional frustration if something goes wrong.. 🫶🏻

Ok we can all agree that the company and their logistics have to improve quite a bit, but the people who work at this store are absolutely amazing. From Adele, to Patricia, Christine, Anthony and Ann! They’re all friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. So all 5 stars go to them.

This store is bigger than others and the service is really good as usual, they have a unique style that fix any home decoration.

I had the best experience buying my furniture. I was assisted by Kristiam who is highly knowledgeable, has the best taste and one of a kind service!

It's 2020. I shop online. It's bad news bears for me to shop in store because I see nice and shiny things and I have to have them. So, safer to shop online and wait for the delivery like it's Christmas! Well, having just moved to Miami, we bought majority of our furniture from west elm - the experience with online has been abysmal. Delays upon delays, missing or damaged items upon arrival, you name it. Customer service people are SO friendly but west elm's policies are unbelievably inflexible and not customer-friendly. You received a damaged item? Too bad. You placed separate orders and paid two flat rate shipping fees and want to combine the items that have not yet shipped? No way. It's always no no no with these people, but again, the customer service agents, despite being tied down to insane rules - have always been wonderful humans, and I can appreciate that. So recently I received a 'contract grade' bed that does not feel like it - it's creaky, looks cheap, and oh, it's creaky. Who wants that for a brand new & pricey bed? Not me. So I went into the store to try the new bed I liked online to make sure it was sturdy and soundless. T'shari, who listened to me vent about my experience, was absolutely amazing. She was so empathetic, went above and beyond to help me, and truly brightened my day. I can't thank her enough for being a kind soul and for being dedicated to making sure I walked out of there a happy camper. We need more people like T'shari in this world. Thank you, T'shari!!

This brand is great, they are part of the pottery barn family but focused on mid century modern and contemporary furniture and decor. Quality is good, design is excellent, great selection, prices are reasonable especially when they have sales, upholstered furniture can be customized by selecting fabrics, very nice selection of fabrics too. I love it, owned several pieces already. Thank you

It's always fun walking around at west elm. They have so many interesting things to see. Staff are always helpful. Midtown is a great location because there's a lot to see after walking around inside the store. Like the Brito art installations just outside.

Nice selection of home goods especially if you want mid century furniture.

After a much distressing experience with West Elm at Dadeland, the folks at Midtown returned my belief in good customer service. Adele was wonderful.
