I. Bought more than 15 cars over the last 8 years for me and my family , all personnel from here are truly awesome , great deals all managers and sales team are awesome but unfortunately the partners that they deal with are people that are not professional for example don’t ever get finance here with ally finantial there are the worse of the worse , I had financed 4 cars with them and one of them got total loss last year and still charging me over fees that never occurs , and another languages there are people with no respect to the money and won’t do a thing to accept their responsibilities , so not waste your time and your money ,God forgive you ended up having an accident and is a total loss you will be on your own , in order to avoid this just shop someplace else . Once again Southmotors in not the problem , the problem are the partners with they deals as ally financial is the worse of the worse in my car history .

Bought a car here and the service was excellent. Pablo was very helpful, he helped me find a reliable car at a great price. We looked at a couple cars and played with the numbers on the computer on them to see which was the better deal which is amazing considering other dealers won’t be as patient and helpful. We were also able to get the car insurance out of the way at a great rate. The staff even stayed overtime after 8pm to help us. Great experience buying my used Honda Pilot here. I was helped by a nice salesman named Luis and it was a painless experience. I had an issue with the car that it needed a transmission fluid flush, and they took care of it quickly and free of charge.

Painless process, not too long and great service, but be careful, if you are financing with their banks, do your homework and you try to get your own financing at a probably much lower interest. Also, read what the finance guy is selling you, dont buy unnecessary stuff that will boost their commission.
Be a smart shopper, do your homework.

Surprise! This is a small non pretentious looking dealer of whom you wouldn't think to expect much. Contradictory to most dealers', the staff is fast and focused on satisfying your needs, they value your time! Their flock of cars in in very good shape, no small or hidden - letters/numbers, they conducted the transactions with fairness. I got an excelent deal. Will come here first, the next time im planning to get an used car.
