We live in a time of AI, big corporations. The human connection is dwindling. Juan at Key Deer Motors went way above and beyond any dealership. He worked with me, he searched all the lenders, and even with bad credit was able to secure a deal for me. And not in any car, but in the car of my dreams. 2019 Cadillac XT5. Car is in mint condition. Juan really work with me and help me get this car. I would not be in a nice new car without him. I am Extremely grateful. And highly recommend this dealership and Juan. I’m going to try and buy all my cars from him. Know you can trust them and they will make you the best deal possible.

Just bought my first car & could not have asked for a better experience. I was helped by Juan, who is also the owner of the dealership. From start to finish, the entire process was so smooth. I was able to test drive multiple cars, had all my questions answered and was met with patient and kind service from the entire staff. I was also able to trade in my previous car the same day. One of my best experience purchasing a vehicle. First contacted Alfredo (sales ) and made an appointment. Alfredo was very professional and has great knowledge of the vehicles that he represent. Alfredo was very nice and on time for the appointment, very friendly and not in a hurry to push the sale ( I will recommend him to friends and family). Later on, we met Juan (owner), he was very professional and easy to workout a deal with him, no pressures and an amigable transaction.
