We are extremely happy with the attention that Maria Gabriela gave us during our visit to Relax the Back! She was very professional, cordial and knowledgeable. She explained all available zero gravity recliner options, and recommended the ones that would address my husband herniated disc’s issues and all the features each ZG recliner comes with as well as color selections! My employer has been a customer of Relax the Back for over 20 years. We still have chairs we bought over 10 years ago that work like the day they were delivered. If you are looking for high-quality, long-lasting chairs that are comfortable and good for your posture, this should be your first and only stop. I was recently tasked with getting new office chairs for our employees; we wanted to replace the chairs that didn't match or that were not RTB quality. Carlos and Juan met with us to discuss our needs, gave us ideas for the best chairs that fit within our budget, brought sample chairs and fabrics so our employees could test them out and then came to our offices again during the delivery to personally adjust each employee's chair to fit their body. From start to finish, Carlos and Juan were attentive and professional. We are so happy with our chairs!

I was referred to The Relax Back by my physical therapist after I had a surgical procedure on my lumbar spine. I went to the store and met Carlos Villaquiran who has been a great help, in helping me find the perfect chair and find the right position, adjust it, and help me ease the pain I’ve been having, not only he helped me with my new chair but also with my wife’s chair I bought at the same place a while back and without any inconvenience we brought it to him and he adjusted it as well.
