This place is THE BEST. We went into the showroom on Saturday and Marcia greeted us. Little did she know that we would spend the next 2 hours with her outfitting 2 bathrooms. Marcia was (1) extremely knowledgeable about Kohler products, (2) super patient with us as we changed our minds and asked a ton of questions, and (3) beyond professional - a pleasure to work with.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone that is looking for a top notch service as well some beautiful pieces to really make your space one - of -a -kind! Thank you!

Our experience at this Kohler store was very positive. The showroom was very complete, clean and offered a grate deal of selection. Our sales person, Celso Cruz, was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, which made for a very pleasant experience. He provided much insight and assistance every step of the way. I would encourage and recommend this store to anyone in the market for plumbing accessories, from small jobs to complete kitchens and baths.

They are very professional and the showroom is gorgeous. My design consultant, Hilda Carrasco, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and so lovely to work with. She always followed up my orders and made sure to provide great service. I highly recommend her and this showroom.

We are changing around our bathroom, and I needed to find fixtures for our bathroom. I was trying to figure out everything by myself, which wasn't going well. I finally went to the Kohler Signature Store on US1 to check out their items. Thank God because I met Samantha, and she was able to help me. Not only did she understand what I was looking for, she also was amazingly patient throughout all of my changes to the plan. I had been at the store so many times changing my mind, that I thought they'd hate me, but Samantha was patient and kind, and made changes every time I went in the store. She then arranged for the order to be processed, made sure all of the items were available quickly, and coordinated the pickup. If you are doing anything with fixtures, go to the Kohler Signature Store and ask for Samantha. You will be thrilled if you do.

I highly recommend this store and Melinda. She is exceptional and very knowledgable about all products. She went above and beyond to help my husband and I with our fixture needs. She made great recommendations based on the scope of our renovation. We are happy with all the fixtures chosen. Can't wait until they are installed.

Melinda Tucker is a big asset to the Kohler store in Pinecrest. she is extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the products and also very helpful. she went extra miles to help me to pick the bathroom fixtures I need for each room and provided me with fresh new design idea to remodel the bathroom. My wife and I are renovating our kitchen and a very important part of that was our sink. That said, long story short it's been a nightmare. Bought from Home Depot and it got lost. Bought direct from Kohler and it was not going to get here in time. Reached out to Melinda and she made it happen immediately! Bought th​e sink​ and picked it up. Well it turns out the cabinet folks took the wrong measure​ments​. We were like OMG! Called again and Samantha made another miracle happen! Just picked up the bigger sink! Great people! She is an excellent rep, friendly, polite, professional, very well educated and trained, always available, always willing to help, she knows what she does and loves doing it. When you visit the store, you will be so impressed by the quality and design of the showroom. Everyone who works there is so kind and professional. If you go in, ask for Melinda. She is extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer all of our many many questions. We visited several times, multiple calls and emailed her questions and requests and she always made us feel like her top priority. We are so happy with all of our fixtures and have already recommended her to others.

About a year ago I went into Kohler and the lady named Samantha introduced herself to me and we went through all the Different kinds of fixtures and I decided which one I liked and she then ordered everything up for me and I received everything in about three weeks total she answered all my questions. Then when it came time to installing some of the fixtures the plumber that I had didn’t really know what he was doing and Samantha was able to explain to me how to do it and the bathroom turned out amazing I would definitely recommend anyone doing their bathroom to ask for Samantha

We had a great experience working with Melinda. We have a very small guest bathroom. We were having a very difficult and frustrating time trying to figure our how to make it work. Melinda came out to our house and provided us with some wonderful suggestions on the best layout and what products to buy that best fit our needs and our budget. When we decided to redo a bathroom we went to the Kohler store and were greeted by Melinda. There are a lot of pieces that go into redoing a bathroom and she was an excellent resource. The experience was extremely easy and she is always available in a timely fashion either by phone or email. She made our experience at Kohler uncomplicated and stress free!

I dealt with Trisha at Kohler of South Miami. Although we couldn’t finalize our project due to unforeseen circumstances, Trisha was passionate and enthusiastic about every aspect of this project. Trisha’s follow through and responsiveness was second to none. Not only did she provide us a reasonable quote (best prices we could find), she also sent us an entire custom-made digital catalog of the items we chose! Trisha has excellent ideas and great taste. I recommend her and Kohler of South Miami to anyone considering a bathroom or kitchen project.

I'm writing a beautiful review of Ms. Samantha Marinoff"s attention to our needs for correct specifications process for our plumber’s installation of Kohler’s new Thermostatic Control Anthem. She spent so much quality time with us, and even produced the Anthem Model as a hands-on model to work thru step-by-step in the prep and installation process. She also was able to display an on-line video along with supportive printed installation specs. Hard as we tried for a few days, we had not been able to find ay vendor or distributor with correct and clear specifications manuals tho a picture manual (with not clear directions, mostly numbers and arrows of the unit came with the Anthem, but none that were clear enough. Ms. Marinoff truly saved the day for us😊
She never gave up on us and send us on our way. It is a very expensive and costly valve and it was clear that her objective was not to walk out of the store without complete comprehension for the Anthem Installation inspite of each step was a most challenging endeavor. I say Kudos to her for resolving the issues for us tho it was a time-consuming hour. I can only add in closing that, while her title is Store Manager, she is a true asset as a representative of the Kohler Brand. We have had Kohler products in all of our homes over the years, and she is the type of Corporate representative that keeps us as clients returning time after time. It''s worth repeating, Ms. Samantha Marinoff, has proven to be a most valuable asset and exemplary representative of the Kohler Corporation. Saying “Thank You” is not enough, but it is with immense gratitude and respect for a truly charismatic young woman to take such an interest and to work so hard as she made the design specifications simplified; making us contented and smiling broadly as we walked out of the Kohler Store.
