Unfortunately, after spending over $18,000 on furniture at MG&BW, I will not receive a single dollar of my money back. The company seized operations in late August and filed Chapter 11. I filed a claim against the company, however, the judge changed the Chapter 11 to Chapter 7. The company will now auction off all of their assets. Not one customer with an open, or pending order, will receive their money back. The equity firm that sold MG&BW will take all of the proceeds (customers money) from liquidation sales at auction. Pretty sad.

Went here to purchase a sofa, two swivel chairs, a cocktail table and large area rug. Met with Silvina, a designer, who was very helpful! Will probably be back to furnish other rooms in my new home. I really like the style of furniture and lighting here.

I worked with Silvina Howard to choose furniture for a living room with a complex shape and a large piano. I brought my ideas, and her design skills and impeccable taste were crucial in turning them into a beautiful and modern room with elegant pieces, luxurious colors and textures. I have trusted her vision and ideas that at first were new to me and seemed different from my own, and now I am pleased that I did. Silvina was very professional, helpful and inspiring, and I can’t recommend her more!

I happened upon the Mitchell Gold outlet in Vero Beach recently and stepped right up to the sectional I have been dreaming of for my living room at one third the cost I had been experiencing. Melanie assisted me and we got into an inspiring conversation about homes and gardens. I ended up buying a coffee and side table too! Thank u Melanie for a 5* experience!

David was so nice to work with. He listened to us, didn’t overwhelm us and got a sense of our tastes very quickly. He was great at helping us select fabrics and knew the pieces so well. We’re excited about everything we purchased.

Just had a wonderful experience, ordering a dining set that was perfect for our new home. The fabrics are beautiful, the design, exquisite, and Silvina, an in-store designer helped us choose a wonderful custom lock for our new space. She was very professional and so helpful with her suggestions. thank you Silvina.

David Klein was so sweet and so patient. We met live eight months prior to the purchase, and he remembered the details of what we spoke about. He was able to accommodate me during a very busy day. Joanne amend assistant us as well. Grateful for all of their hard work.

Our sales associate Orlando was awesome Very patient and knowledgeable of the products. We’ve shopped at numerous high end furniture stores with very nasty salespeople. Not here tho, we were greeted warmly as soon as we entered. No attitude! The pieces are well made and very comfortable. Orlando also took time to lay out the pieces on the computer so we could get a better sense of the space. We look forward to moving forward!

Orlando was so helpful and professional. It was an over the phone order and he answered all of my questions. He listened to what fabrics and colors I like, then emailed me renderings of the exact chairs I wanted. He offered his professional expertise to help me order the perfect pieces for our new home. I can’t wait to get our new chairs!

Great experience with designer David Klein in the Miami store in the Design District. He designed our entire new condo in Miami Beach. He’s very knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend him.

Nick was very helpful and accommodating. I arrived 15 minutes prior to close and he didn’t make me feel rushed although I was being careful to not stay beyond closing. He was attentive in sending me info. Overall very welcoming and helpful.

He quickly understood my needs, confirmed my style preferences, and made solid recommendations regarding several pieces needed to furnish my apartment. On walking into MG+BW Miami we were literally greeted and engaged by the entire team with bright smiles and hospitality. In no time we had the insightful and knowing support of Paris, who guided us through a series of choices around our top needs and preferences. 90 minutes later, we finished with beautiful new dining table and chairs, a couple a gorgeous bedside lamps, and a plan for furnishing a spare room in our new condo. I can’t wait to save a few coins and return to finish decorating our new place in MB. Thank you, Paris and friends

We recently visited Miami's Mitchell Gold Signature store. We had an amazing experience with the overall store and particularly with Gianni Perlloni. Gianni helped us put together furniture plans for our condo. We were struggling with which direction to take and color schemes. He made it so easy, took all the stress away and made the experience productive and fun. He moved furniture pieces within the store (even when on a different floor) so we could get a visual of what the grouping would look like in our space. A great experience. We placed an order the next day and are very excited to have it as ours.

Nick Gouge did an amazing job helping us to put together a wine chat area in our new home. We could not be happier with the selections and quality of work. Thanks for a great experience!!!

I needed to replace slip covers I had purchased for my mitchel gold furniture over 20 years ago and the process was smooth and seamless once I provided necessary documents. Service was excellent.
