PMC Palmetto Bay

I’ve been going to Jennifer Bruno @PMC Palmetto Bay for many years now. I look forward to my annual check ups with her. She is knowledgeable, compassionate & kind. Her bedside manner makes you comfortable right off the bat. She takes her time during your appointment and is very thorough. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a PCP.

The receptionists are always helpful, I’ve never had any issues. The techs are also great. They are welcoming, informative and always catch my veins on the first try when drawing blood!

I first started going to the PMC in Homestead, then transferred to the Palmetto Bay facility when I learned my PCP worked there as well. My doctor, who passed away was wonderful and energetic. She always expressed genuine concern about my health. I did not want to leave even after her passing. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. My PCP (Dr. Pitan) is great and he has a jovial demeanor. I also enjoy our conversations. He’s such an awesome person that I introduced him to my family. I cannot see myself going anywhere else.

Hospitality and service was great. I have been a patient for over 10 years. Jennifer Bruno answered all my concerns and questions as always everyone there has a warm, greeting and smile. When you come there the place is nice and clean. PMC Palmetto Bay is a good place to come to for your medical services.

I have been a patient with this practice more than 10 years. The medical staff there is awesome from the office staff, office manager and doctors. They all are very pleasant while assisting you. The follow is outstanding when you need a call back. They all take time to care about your concerns. I have recommended several people to the practice

Not feeling well for a few days, and finding it difficult to sleep....I made a decision to visit the Palmetto Bay office at the time of opening.

[My local Urgent Care opens later in the morning; therefore, I did not try to visit it during the night ].

The attending PA graciously fit me into her morning schedule.

In a process of identifying my condition, a series of in office Tests were performed. PA Bruno examined me. Ultimately......PMC submitted prescriptions to my local pharmacy.
The medications ...taken that same evening, allowed me to have a restful night.

Ms. Jessy makes you feel so welcoming!. She definitely has the personality for the job.. She takes my pressure and I am always calm. Not nervous but feeling healthy already..

There is never a long wait, if any at all. The doctor (Jennifer Bruno) gives me her full attention and really listens. Staff is always pleasant and helpful - you can actually reach them by phone too!

Dr Weis was very professional, informative and welcoming. Made me feel very relaxed and answered all my question. The nurse that took care of me was very professional and kind.

Oluwe Pitan is a gentleman. He is professional, personable and listens. He takes the time to analyze everything before reacting. The front desk, the nurses, especially Miss Annie are just phenomenal.

The team at PMC palmetto Bay are the best I've been going there for years my first doctor retired after the covid pandemic so I have a new doctor I love her, they are very courteous answers all my questions makes sure I'm taking my medicine asked me questions about myself I can't speak for anyone but for me I'll keep going to my doctor there love you doctor and staff.
